I've been going to Vitahl for a year after a friend recommended them to me. I was new to Botox and fillers and was a bit nervous but Dr. Patel made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions, and is very knowledgeable. Stephanie and the rest of the staff are very friendly and welcoming as well and I've had nothing but great experiences thus far.

I started going to Vitah last summer to treat forehead wrinkles and crows feet. Rachlel was and still is my consultant. I was a first timer, and was vey impressed with Rachel's thorough explanation on how Botox works and what it can and can't treat. She also didn't try to push any additional, unnecessary treatments, which I appreciated! She also started me off with a very light treatment to get me used to the 'feeling' of Botox before we went any heavier with treatments. I've been back 3x since last summer and I'm so impressed with the results of my treatments. Vitahl's entire staff is very friendly

I saw Rachel for Botox and simply can not say enough wonderful things about her. I was nervous about the results—but she made me feel completely at ease and had a very conservative approach, which I appreciated. Unlike so many people in this industry, she was super down to earth and didn't make me feel like a complete troll for being new to injectables. I’ve been to Vitahl a few times and have always had a positive experience. Recently, I saw Rachel for Botox and she was wonderful! I moved to the west loop this year and VITAHL is my go to for laser hair removal. I’m treated by Madison and she rocks, she’s kind, professional, and efficient!! Laser isn’t the most fun procedure for me but she makes it as comfortable as possible. I’ve tried other places for laser and had no success but finally see the results I was looking for here. The office is very clean and pretty, and the staff is so polite! 5 stars all the way!

Rachel came highly recommended to me and after just one appointment with her I can honestly say the same! She was very informative and efficient during my consultation and even more skilled during the treatment! Rachel was extremely accommodating to my fear of needles as well, which is hard to come by and much appreciated! It hasn’t even been two weeks since my appointment and I’m already very happy with the results. I’ve gotten tons of compliments as to how natural it looks and I couldn’t agree more!! Rachel was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable with getting Botox for the first time and took the time to explain everything. I recently had 3 services at Vitahl. Fred is awesome! He started me on a Secret RF treatment cycle. Then the following week I went back for a Dermaplane and Botox with Tracey. I already feel like a major improvement is achieved. Now I'm not wincing at my wrinkles on all my work Zoom calls. The staff at Vitahl is professional, courteous and friendly. Came here a few times to get spider veins around my nose removed. Had pretty good success until the last time a new technician assured me he was using the same settings that were used on me before, yet, he left me with second degree burn blisters. I contacted them immediately and while they were very responsive and wanted me to see them immediately (unfortunately i was traveling) the damage was done and I am left with permanent scarring. Needless to say, I will not be coming here anymore.

This is by far the best place to go for beauty and youth upkeep. They have the best judgement for rejuvenating your looks naturally. What I loved about this place is the down to earth staff that welcomes you with excitement and warmth when they see you. There is no pressure here and they give you the best advice that works magic on your looks! I just turned 26 and got Botox for the very first time. A client of mine referred me to Meredith Villarreal and I'm so grateful she did. Meredith was so sweet, patient, and thorough answering every question I asked. I got 12 units in between my brows a week and a half ago and I'm already noticing and absolutely loving the results. My frown lines are gone and my skin looks smooth and firm. The office is very clean and modern. Unfortunately, the receptionists were cold and uninviting.

I love this place!! I actually followed Michelina, the aesthetician, from a med spa in Lincoln Park, and was reluctant to go downtown due to inconvenience. HOWEVER, I don't trust anyone else so I had no choice. The employees and spa are amazing so I was pleasantly surprised. I've been going to Michelina for years and she got my aging 44-year-old skin absolutely glowing for my recent wedding. Michelina isn't some recently graduated kid from a hair salon-type spa. She has a ton of experience and knowledge on lasers and also can explain the Science behind the skincare that she recommends

I don't even know where to start....this place is amazing. AMAZING. I went in for a consultation for Botox with Chris and ended up getting 40 units. He technique is different than what I'm used to and the results are off the charts....natural and effective. It has finished some lines on my neck that I was becoming very cognizant of.
