Born and raised in Colorado, Kellie grew up loving everything about Colorado. She served in the US Air Force as a linguist, spent 13 years working as a manager for a big box retailer. She worked as a massage therapist for five years before making the transition to repair technician.
Kellie began doing repairs as a way to supplement her massage therapist income and quickly became so busy with her "side job" that she made the switch to full time within a few months and opened her own business within a year.She is the sole owner and operator of iMobile Rx and loves having a local business where she can get out into the community and work with different people daily.

We place your iPad on a heat plate for 45 minutes to soften the adhesive in order to remove the screen. We then completely clean the housing and reapply the adhesive. Once the repair is complete, we clamp the iPad in a gig for 4-6 hours to ensure the adhesive is set. The lifetime warranty covers manufacturer defects only parts we install.

Kellie is a rock star. I did something so stupid with my iPhone 11 Pro Max that caused the front screen to shatter. Kellie quickly quoted me on the cost of the service to replace the phone. She is honest and transparent about the process. Kellie came to my workplace and repaired the phone quickly and for the quoted cost plus tax. The phone feels like new again! Thanks Kellie.

Not only does she repair but she is open to buying old phones! I was looking to sell my old iPhone and I am so happy I came across Kellie. She gave me a reasonable price compared to others who were trying to offer 'lowball' prices. She's very fast and prompt at replying back to you on here compared to others. Kellie is the absolute best for fixing broken phones, putting on screen protectors, and even helping you sell your old phone. Always exactly on time and in touch as she is traveling to you. Talented, detail-oriented, and really sweet person. All four of us and our family love her and would never use anybody else to service our phones. We particularly like her liquid screen protector which is far superior than any other protector that gets applied to a phone. Thinner and better protection. Try getting service from Kellie and you will never go anywhere else.

This is an awesome way to fix your phone. It’s important to know there isn’t a store or shop at this address, this location is the headquarters of the business. The repair person comes to you to do the repair while you watch! It’s fast and efficient. It is great because they also offer a warranty and can get you scheduled the day you call.
