I’ve been using Mobigeek for a couple years now and am always impressed by the convenience and quality of the service. It’s so stressful when your phone breaks, so to be able to text someone trusted to come to you and fix it next day or within a couple hours is ideal. The appointments are very quick and professional. I won’t be using any other service!

Amazing service, I really couldn’t recommend it more. So much better, more transparent, and simpler than any repair service I’ve used before. They were super responsive and helpful on the phone, knew exactly what my issues were and confidently promised an easy fix. They even offer a no-charge policy if they aren’t able to fix it. They showed up at my house within a half hour of me finding out who they were, and had the phone fixed in less than 10 minutes. Incredible service with our without a pandemic. I 100% recommend

A+. Quick and easy to make the appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to get a same day appointment and have the tech arrive within an hour and a half of my original phone call. My husband sat on my iphone 7 Plus and cracked the screen into a thousand pieces. During a pandemic. Ugh! No Worries - Mobi Geek to the literal rescue! They were able to come to me SAME DAY. Associate is very professional. Was wearing a protective face mask, and cleaned my phone upon receiving it, and upon returning! Fixed my screen in a very timely fashion, and showed me all facets of the screen working perfectly - I cant believe how fast, affordably inexpensive, and professional this company was, so glad I found you guys! Absolutely amazing customer service and repair service! I set the appointment online for same day and the tech arrived right on time and was super friendly and professional. He came to my place of work and my screen was repaired within 30 minutes! lifetime warranty on their work. So far so good! I hope to never break my screen again, but if I do, I know who I am calling!
