Wireless image was very responsive! He responded right away and today later my phone was good as new! The owner was very informative and patient when he explained every detail of what needed to be fixed and how long it would take to get the parts and then install them. He was extremely professional and he did exactly what he said he would do! He kept in touch and did an awesome job! He fixed the screen on my Samsung Note 9 with the best parts and the lowest price. He is extremely friendly and does what he says he's going to do. I definitely recommend this shop and will use his services again

Submitted a request for screen repair for my sons iPhone Xs which requires a special type of glass. Tom messaged me right away with his quote- and I had let him know that received a quote that was less- not only did Tom not pressure me- but rather he provided very useful information that was professional and much appreciated. I would not have known what to look for or ask for- and he offered this information to be helpful. That thoughtfulness is what made me bring the phone to him. His ratings speak for themselves- but I brought the phone in today- he said it would be done in 45 minutes- and finished

OMG! My phone froze up, so I called Samsung and they wanted to do a hard reset where I'd lose all of my data. After not getting anywhere with the company they suggested I go, to as they were closed on Mondays, I stumbled upon Tom here. He suggested that I do a "soft reset" before coming in, and voila...it worked! He saved me time, money and a lot of stress! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Truly great customer service. The owner is a great guy. I had two water damaged phones, and the owner of this store not only helped us out and fixed one. He let us hang out for several hours and assisted in helping transfer photos and videos. He gave us water and was incredibly helpful. Would do business here again.

After getting way too high of a “at other places I called these guys to get a much much better quote on fixing a microphone and a new screen for my iPhone 8 plus. Tom fixed my phone very professionally and accurately. Val also does a great job and she is super cute omg. I highly recommend you give this business a call to fix your phone.

My iPhone was smashed and contained important conversations, photos, business. Tom was confident and extremely helpful. He was able to transfer over 100 gigs of data and replicate my old iphone onto my new one. I cannot recommend Wireless Image enough. They were better on price than everywhere I called and it only took an hour after the phone updated before it was completely ready to go. THANK YOU!!!

This was the only place willing to work on my work phone Moto Z4 no one in town would do the work they said they didn't have parts or that it wouldn't work with a screen replacement!

I went to this store to get a screen repair. I purchased a screen protector once the phone was done resulting in a total of $145.00. They Said it has a life time warranty. Two weeks later I dropped my phone from 2 feet, It had THEIR screen protector on it, and a case. I go to check my phone and half the screen doesn't function.
