Worst experience as i was denied service for being couple of minutes late even after booking appointment. They don’t respond much if you call. You always have to text on the number to get the response.
Even earlier couple of times if I’m late for even 5 minutes, the lady keep complaining about being very late. I have never seen any services doing this. I always have been giving heads up if i had to cancel. So again you blaming me for what happened today is rude.
There’s only one lady giving all the services. You should give proper buffer time between your appointments as this is sometimes

My go-to place for threading, waxing and facials. I have been going to Esthetics Juli for over 3 years now. Everytime I visit I feel gauranteed I will receive exceptional quality of service and I'm greeted so well by all the estheticians. Everybody here cares a lot about their clients so I don't mind driving 30 mins out of my way to go here. Thanks Juli, Maiyya and Shradha!
Update: this business has done a great job of keeping clients safe while they stayed open through covid. Their cleaning procedures are excellent and take extreme care to social distance clients during wait times and procedures

I wish I could give this place 5 stars .. This was my second time visiting. The first time I had a great experience but the second time around I don't know why the wax was too hot- my underarms are burned .. this will leave perm scarring and how am I supposed to live with this fact? I'm really upset right now and grappling with the fact I will probably have to live with this forever.

Juli and the other lady are super friendly and nice. They take their time and my eyebrows always come out looking good (sometimes the tint isn't dark enough). Other than that, you cannot beat the price for the service you receive! Always accommodating and try to work with you on time. Suggest this place to my friends all the time.

I moved away from Herndon but I will always make a trip here for waxing services. The attention to detail is amazing and I always leave feeling better about myself. I have never had a bad experience here with any service. They do wonderful work and make it as relaxing and pain free as possible. Super affordable as well. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded by Juli for several years. I am very cautious with who I let handle my eyebrows. Juli is a skilled esthetician and does a great job threading eyebrows. She always listens to how I prefer having my eyebrows done (keeping them thick and natural looking). Juli has a sweet personality and always strives to make her clients comfortable, happy, and satisfied.

I'm 9 months pregnant and was desperate for a Brazilian wax before the baby comes. Juli was incredibly professional, thorough, and pleasant. She used hard wax and did not have to go over the waxing parts over and over: she got it on the first go, reducing time and pain. She worked with me through the waxing experience. I was embarrassed about my hair and other things due to pregnancy but she was incredibly kind and easy to work with.
The place is not crowded and she took careful precautions for COVID-19.

I don't know why but my past eyebrow places would always make me look like a sarcastic Disney villain or something. I came to Juli and explained my concerns and she set to work right away. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years but I'm shocked I've never heard of this place before because Juli is amazing! I don't know how she did it but my eyebrows are even and they look so balanced and full yet neat. Definitely recommending her to everyone I know :)

Juli is absolutely amazing!! The best experience I've had getting my eyebrows threaded! She took the time to ask and understand what I want my eyebrows to look like, explained how we will fix my eyebrows from how another place messed them up, and paused multiple times to be sure they were even (which unfortunately, no other place has done for me). I am VERY impressed!! My eyebrows already look so much better!!

I messaged Juli the other day on yelp because my eyebrows were getting out of control and my wedding is coming up in a week or so. Juli is so sweet and accommodating and got me in to see her that very same day. She did an amazing job of cleaning up my eyebrows and even gave me a little head/ eye massage at the end. She is so sweet and personable and REALLY good at what she does. I am glad I came back because it reminded me of how much I like this place. I plan on getting my eyebrows done more often now and will absolutely be going back to see Juli.

Quick, efficient, and easy to book. I'm not sure if the lady who threaded me was Juli or not but she was very nice! For $8 you can get your eyebrows done in 10 min. Make sure you ask for aloe if you have sensitive skin, and the way she massages the aloe on you is super soothing.
This is great for a quick touch up which is just what I needed.
