Today was my first time using someone else for a wax and Ms. Kim was an absolute professional! She made me feel comfortable the entire time even though I was getting a Brazilian. It was surprisingly painless. And so much easier and faster to have someone else do the work.
She returned my call for an appointment within an hour of leaving a message. Her prices are incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend Ms. Kim!

I just had my first waxing with Ms. Kim and she is phenomenal. I got a Brazilian wax and my underarms waxed. Ms. Kim is so kind and gentle — the waxing was quick and efficient, and nearly painless! Ms. Kim has a knack for attention to detail... no hair was left behind ;-) I highly recommend her services!

She explained what she was doing throughout the process (waxing) and was flexible to add some areas beyond what I had originally requested. Kim is just fantastic....my best ever experiences! I have been getting Brazilians from her for over two years and every visit is very relaxing, professional and excellent. Her studio is very clean, comfortable and she practices excellent health measures which is important now. Kim herself is a personable pleasant and professional woman. I recommend Kim’s Pro Waxing Spa. She is professional and expert individual. My first visit was surprisingly almost painless! Kim was well organized and prepared for appointment and she also had hints and instructions during the process. 1st off, I am so thankful Kim accepts men for Brazilians. It is pretty hard to find someone who is will go do a Brazilian on men. Not only that, but she is absolutely fantastic!
Every time I reach out to her she has been cordial and responded back within a very reasonable time. She always takes me in as soon as she can. After 3 months of neglect to my body hair during Coronavirus, she took me in and took care of me. I’m forever grateful.

If you get waxed you know it takes technique to make it as painless as possible. I always walk away feeling good and what is more important to me is the customer service and effort put into making me feel like it’s a personalized experience.
