If you’re looking for a new boat or service, look no further. Richmond Marine Center is exactly what you’re looking for. Ben & Jeremiah have been second to none when it came to ordering my brand new 189TrX last year and its first annual this year. It’s such a family atmosphere that SO MANY places lack. I don’t know of many places that you can pick up your phone and call the owner (day or night) and have random questions answered.
Let me put it this way. I drive two hours because Richmond Marine is the only place I care enough and trust to touch my boat.
They are the best. Period.

I would not recommend this outfit to no one. They lie and turn there stories around about everything. I had planned to buy a Mercury 250hp outboard for my boat from them, they let me know about what it would cost and when they could do it. I was told if I brought my boat to them on Monday the 15th of march it would be read that Wednesday no later than Friday, so I toke it to them on Friday the 12th because i had to work that Monday and all that week. I gave them a deposit and signed a paper for them to do the work. Then they started coming up with a bunch of different excuses for why it hadn't

Visited to check on having some scratches repaired on my fiber glass boat. The manager suggested that I get the hull number and he will check on getting the proper gel coating. I called back and left the number. Never heard back, so I called back and talked to Scott in the repair shop. Texted him pictures of the scratches. He said he would show the pics to his supervisor and try to give me a idea of the cost to repair. Said he would call back later that day or the next day. I called back later the next day because I had not received a call back. Advised that supervisor had not had time to look
