With this being my first experience of any kind with a law firm, i had a lot of anxiety about going into this and the staff at Powell really helped. There was no problems that weren't able to be addressed by someone at the office, and everyone was beyond helpful that i spoke to. I really appreciate everyone's help and understanding at Paul Powell during such a rough time in my life. Going through such a traumatic experience is obviously a life changer, but having all these people on my side to help get it sorted out for me eased my anxiety to the max!

Great service. Car accident, with hospital bill. boy they handle really well. Hospital bill was a killer but we even have money in our pocket after they settle everything. I was one of the winners of the Paul i day holiday giveaway. My wish was mostly for my husband, he has stage 4 cancer and now heart damage from all the chemo and cancer treatment. Extremely happy with the service Paul Powell gave to me and my mom. We were at a stop sign and a car came at us in full speed and totaled our car. Paul Powell did everything that was possible and we received a nice settlement in a very timely manner. I went to pick up a free turkey for my mother that lives in the senior bld. At 500 Alta. They promise to return calls but never do. I have called them over a dozen times; with no call back, it seems everytime I call Eric is always out to lunch or in meetings.
My disabled father had a traffic accident where he was hit back in January 2021 and I was the POA of his affairs. I called these guys multiple times and would almost never get a call back. They finally settled the case, but never bothered to call.
My father passed away in August 2021 and now they are refusing to pay the

My overall experience was positive with this firm. However, communication & redundant with too many Staff members to understand my needs to get my settlement finalized until the last few office visits. The primary reason I'm giving Four Stars is the service billed & overcharged by Align Med Therapy they rendered. My settlement was have been larger.

I've been using this law firm for some time now at first I like them because of their funny commercials but I had some of the same problems as everyone else from lack of communication no return call backs so I'd discuss my issues with them. I motto is before I start bad mouthing a business I need to give them a chance to see if they rectify the problems and they did. The firm has become a lot better in dealing with me. Of course I am a patient person and that allows them to do their job and not pester them all the time on status checks. That's why I give them 4.5 for their improvement

I am 64 with a bad back and my husband is 73 , we needed a new mattress so badly but couldn't afford it , but I won one in the Christmas in July Contest . This law office is popular for breaching confidentiality. Don't go here ever. Do your research. Find a real attorney who doesn't take all your money. Employees are very rude ! The office employees and Paul pays people to bring him business which is Illegal. He is currently under review with the state of Nevada board when his actions were reported.
