Terrible. They overbook so you have to wait an hour at least past your appointment time to be seen. They make you pee in a cup. The doctor talked over me repeatedly and was very rude and dismissive. The nurses, receptionists, and other staff are very nice though, especially the nurse practitioner, she is very empathetic and caring.

PLEASE Be Aware. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER!!!! from the Doctors to the NP. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. it takes Over 3 hours to see Dr. Narayan EVERY appt. the NP April is VERY RUDE and will LIE! She rushes you out the door and shows NO empathy at all! I went to this office for Withdrawal medication and she treated me like I was there to be treated for abuse. If she would have looked at my file she would know. THE DOCTORS/NP DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ONE ANOTHER. THE NURSE PENNY SAT IN THE APPT WITH MYSELF AND THE NP APRIL AND I KNOW SHE WITNESSED THE RUDE DISRESPECTUL

This is where time stops. This is my 3rd time here and it's a terrible place. Here's the rub though, it's my own fault for consistently showing up on time.
The usual wait is an hour and half. So either I'll change my dr or show up 45 mins after my appointment.

This place is cheap but literally 2 hours behind consistently. It's been 3 appointments with 2 different providers here and it's been so late every time that I've considered leaving. This last one I did have to leave without joining the appointment after 1 hour of waiting while trying to plan around a flight. Unfortunately will have to find yet another provider and do yet another expensive intake to switch to someone more timely and considerate. The providers themselves (at least the first one who I met who has now moved locations) seem to be good once / if you get in though.

She also listens to us very patiently and we feel very comfortable with her explanations. I'd recommend her very much as a family physician.

I went to Psymed Solutions for many years, as an adult suffering from major depression, anxiety, and add.
I started seeing doctor Nisha Satish, who I believe is the wife of the owner of Psymed Solutions. Nisha Satish was very nice, but had the air of a businesswoman around her. Still, she was very nice, and I have nothing but compliments for Nisha Satish
But within a couple years she passed me on to Humaira Khalid, MD. Miss Khalid is from Pakistan, while miss Satish I believe is from India.
I, being the type of person that has no filter on their mouth, asked if miss Humaira was from India as

Dr. Narayan brings comfort and satisfaction to his patients with his excellent manner of communication and his disposition. A physician who truly cares is what patients hope for and he fulfills this in every way. He has become my true friend as we navigate my Alzheimers diagnosis. I would wholeheartedly recommend him in every way. The best of the best!

Dr Khalid is the greatest. She always listens to me and my concerns. She let's me be involved in my care. Scheduling is always easy and the phones are always answered. When I've had to leave a message about medication concerns I get a call back right away. Would recommend to any of my family or friends

Sadly, when it came down to it, they we re far more interested In receiving payment than giving quality care to the patient I dire times. Money never was an issue, however, they made it an issue by bringing up charges I didn't even know I had. When I signed an agreement to pay the charges off (incurred over several weeks of them not taking full deductible payment) I was told an hour later the agreement was void and they needed full payment right away.
Is been through many frustrations with scheduling with this practice and hung on because I liked the nursing staff and Dr. Satish was decent

Dr. Khalid is an amazing doctor and person. She takes the time to go over symptoms and concerns thoroughly, and tries to actually understand. She has excellent table manners. She took my opinions about my treatment into account, and we were able to come up with a treatment plan that I was comfortable with, and that she felt would help. She made it clear that adjustment might have to be made, and I was able to keep my expectations at a realistic level. Dr. H. Khalid is an amazing woman. Greatly recommend.

I have not had a good experience here. I ran out of medicine twice and they either refused to call me back after I called 3 times or told me they can't refill it even just to hold me over until I can get in and told me to move around my work schedule at the last moment just to be seen. I'm on medicine that you have to take everyday or it can make you suicidal. They are not in the business of helping people.

Although I initially thought it strange for psychiatric care to be involve or grouped with weight loss and aesthetic services I have received good care here for psychiatric needs. I can't speak for the other part of the practice. I prefer the PA's to the doctor who seems to push treatments not designated for my diagnosis. Just made me feel it was maybe about money over care.

Dr. Sathish Narayan and Nisha Sathish are wonderful doctors. They are subject matter experts in their field. Dr. Narayan treats patients with extreme care. He gives the best care when it comes to medications. He does not put you in Benzodiazapines unless and until it is warranted. He is too good with medication prescription as he knows the side effects and addictions. He is very down to earth. His clinic has the state of art care. Both the doctors (Nisha and Sathish) are great asset to the community. God bless them. They don't overmedicate. Very very compassionate and empowering to the patients

I go to the FTW office, Vivian is great. HOWEVER, when she writes me a controlled substance script, Dr Satish has to ok it and send it. I wait 3-4 days before it is done. Those days are miserable for me. I was told the Dr is too busy M-W to write any due to being at another location and at the hospital. This is not acceptable patient care and I will be finding a new Psyc to go to, who can care to write my scripts and send them the same day.

I've been going for about 1 years they have kept me on the same medication and I've requested to have them up the dosage and they refuses to listen to what I think would work for me. They have me coming everyone month to keep me on the same meds with no change. Why? I truly think it's to make more money and have me continue to pay them money even though I've met my deductible this yr. (I will need to confirm w my insurance if a fee was needed to be paid) I gave them 2 stars because the staff is very nice they greet you and have always been great to me.

They answer the phone and get you in quick. If your looking for emergency psychiatric care this place is ok. Don't expect to see the actual DR. You will most likely see the nurse practitioner. The front office staff is nice. I gave this a three because it feels more like urgent care and less like a long term caring relationship, which is what I'm looking for.
