Through the misery that is the Family Court, Mr. Klein is the first person that made me less anxious and afraid. He’s been realistic and honest with me about what to expect and how to roll with the punches. Although he’s busy he takes time for my panicked phone calls, texts, and emails. Attorney Klein is one of the BEST attorneys I have ever known!!! Truly unique in his approach and will win your case for you. I hired Greg Klien for a duel purpose a divorce and a criminal charge that came from the divorce.
Greg had me plea to a charge I did not do in order to get another charge dropped that I did not do.
Greg failed to inform me that the charge he had me plea to would make it impossible to have any type of joint custody with my son.
This has cost me thousands of dollars and has prevented me from seeing my son much.
Greg also failed to notify me when the court filed a restraining order on me. This ended up causing another charge against me.
I was forced to hire two new attorneys to clean up major

Save your money and time. I wish I would have read yelp before I went to this attorney. You can find a better attorney. This critique also includes his office help. They are all inefficient. You can even probably find a paralegal that will do a better job. Take your business elsewhere! The pits, scrapings.crap. you get the idea.

The law office of W Gregory Klein has friendly staff, however they do a poor job of contacting the clients. I paid this office for a service and then contacted them to see if they could file a motion on a similar topic. Mr Klein said that he would "take care of it," and that his paralegal will be in contact with me. After a week of waiting, I decided that I would call them, and found out that they were not going to start anything until I paid $250 dollars. I would have had no issue paying a fee, but they wasted a week of my life waiting for this supposed call from the paralegal. When

I could not agree more regarding the review posted 3 years ago. I actually read it before we hired him and just figured it was a disgruntled client who didn't get the outcome they wanted. After hiring this attorney for a child custody case that was so incredibly a clear cut, slam dunk, easy case, he completely dropped the ball because he did not take the time to do the work or familiarize himself with the case. The whole thing went completely sideways when it never should have, due to his negligence. There were constant oversights by his staff and when we would point out the oversights, via email
