0 Stars! Very unprofessional an unresponsive. He lied to me on the amount he was going to charge. Mr. Phillips misinformed me about a piece of paper that I signed. He told me he was going to charge me 10% or $2,500 whichever was less. He said the case was a slam dunk. But of course this is not in writing. And now he gets 25%. That is maximum amount Allowed by the law. Mr. Phillips lied to me about this repeatedly throughout this lengthy ordeal. The Social Security Administration gave us the opportunity to do a phone trial several times. Mr. Phillips insisted that we wait for a trial in court .

Michael Phillips and his assistant Laura Arkin are wonderful, caring people. They were very kind and helpful in advising and doing the legal work necessary to get my disabled nephew the disability payments he needed to be able to live. Because of his disability, my nephew was difficult to work with at times, including being hard to contact and getting to important appointments on time.
