Can I get a Florida Real Estate License if I am not a citizen of the USA or Florida Resident? Yes, you can. You do not have to be a Florida resident or U.S. citizen to obtain a Florida real estate license. The Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) will determine whether your background will prevent you from licensure.
A request for a refund must be made no later than 24 hours before the start date of class. Refunds will be returned within 7-10* business days of receipt, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle.

Definitely recommend taking the 2 day test prep class to anyone taking/retaking the real estate exam. Especially with the math portion it was beneficial for me to see it done step by step instead of trying to learn it from a book. Ashley M was a great instructor and the manual Watson provided has been extremely helpful as well.

I just finished up the 63 hour Sales Associate course with Watson about 2 weeks ago. I am very pleased with the course. So worth the money and of course the time. I took my state test this morning and PASSED!! The instructor I had was Jessie Whitmore and She is AWESOME. If you are thinking about using Watson, I say choose Jessie, nothing bad on the other instructors but Jessie took the time and explained and answer any questions that we had. She didn't just brush you off or just teach, She instructed and taught us!! I'm very pleased with the outcome!! THANK YOU JESSIE!!!

I love how easy it was to register and find the location. The price was good and I was provided with a free exam manual, which was very useful. I really appreciate how the instructor engaged with everyone personally and made sure we all felt comfortable with the material before moving on to the next section. I could tell she enjoyed teaching and genuinely cared about helping us! It was a great experience and was very helpful.
