Working out at Lead the Way Fitness Alta Loma is the perfect combination of challenging, supporting, and fun! There are new exercises every day and the coaches modify/drive you to do YOUR best. Both my husband and I are losing inches and pounds, but the best part about it is that our energy levels have skyrocketed!

I’ve always disliked the thought of going to a regular gym because I’m not very familiar with any of the equipment and I was unsure of what workouts would get me to my goal. Also, my fear has always been judgement. But, thank you to my coaches that are very patient and so welcoming to my mother and I. The cherry on top is listening to my coaches inspiring stories that motivate us to continue our journey in gym life. I’ve never been so determined and committed into becoming a better me! Been going to this gym for the last 4 years. All the coaches are great at motivating me to challenge myself. I've never been someone that enjoyed exercising but they change up the format every month to keep things interesting. My husband and I started taking private sessions with Christian and we've definitely gotten a lot stronger. He gives great feedback to prevent injury and to maximize the workout. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone is friendly. This is the longest I've ever stuck with an exercise program. Highly recommend.

I have always struggled with my weight and being consistent with attending a gym so I was afraid to join here since I can never commit. Oh boy was I wrong! Lead the Way Fitness in Alta Loma has changed my way of thinking about exercise and has helped me in so many ways. The coaches are amazing, I do early morning and work out with Ariana and Alex and they are both great at their job. They keep me motivated, help me succeed and make sure I see results. This gym has been a game changer for my health and well-being! The monthly formats and focuses are challenging. The weekly scheduling is well-thought out and is a great combo of strength and conditioning. And on the daily, the coaches are so uplifting and mindful. I absolutely love EVERYTHING about Lead the Way fitness! A total game changer in my life!! It’s quick (30 minutes which is sooo important!) and they have 8:30 & 9:15 classes for people like me that can’t get there any earlier! My journey with the LTW Fitness family began in January 2021, and it's been nothing short of amazing! From the beginning you are met with a plan that is realistic and attainable! You set goals, crush them and then have this hunger to set new ones. The coaches encourage you, hold you accountable and support you constantly. I've never done anything like this before. It's not like a normal gym. This place and the coaches truly care about YOU! I've never stuck with exercising and feeling healthy for this long! I've lost weight and inches, but more importantly, I FEEL stronger physically and MENTALLY!!! I actually enjoy going and look forward to it! It's like family and the coaches make it fun!!! All of the coaches at lead the way fitness in Alta Loma are amazing. Coach Alex and Coach Lauren are the ones I work with most often and they are knowable and eager to help you achieve your best workout. If you have any sort of limitation they will customize the movement so you’re still able to workout without being hindered by your limitation. I gym shopped for years and never felt like I was getting anywhere. Then I came to lead the way and now I feel after every session I’m making progress towards my fitness goal and best self.

Great Fitness Camp. The coaches motivate you the entire workout. The adjust the workout if you have an injury. Explain the benefits of diet, exercise, and rest. My husband and 1 joined the 6 week challenge and we loved the results we were seeing we decided to extend Our membership. We would go 3-4 times a day. Definitely recommend this camp whether you need the help losing weight, or just need ME time, this place makes you walk out feeling good.

I was only a member for a couple of months. I enjoyed the workouts although it started getting pretty packed in there towards the end of my membership. The workouts are great and the coaches are motivating. Unfortunately had to cancel because their class availabilities were not working with my busy schedule. I work full time, an hour away with traffic and attend graduate school full time. Maybe in the future I can be a member.

I have been back at Lead the Way Fitness for a year now and yes, I did say "been back" because I stopped coming here for 7 months and KNEW I had to get back for physical and mental health reasons. I had initially done one of their challenges, got amazing results and stopped going due to various life reasons. But when life REALLY hit hard, I just knew this place was where I would find the help I needed both physically and mentally. When I got back, there were old faces and new faces but the fit fam culture was the same (high energy, encouraging, welcoming) and the workouts were still hardcore

I joined Lead the Way in June, 2017 and I love this gym. I love that the workout is 30 minutes; I love they have a 5:30 am class and I can make it to work on time; I love the nutrition packet they give you (recipes, meal plan, grocery list); and I love that they have a nutrition coach.

I love the teamwork throughout the workout; and I love the "don't quit" shout out at the end of the session; I love the handwritten notes from the coaches; I love the constant Facebook conversations; and I love the lunch with a punch on Wednesday afternoons.

LTW Fitness has changed my life!, Mentally and physically! The coaches are the BEST and guide you, inspire you and provide all the support you need! Best of all the killer workouts are only 30 minutes!! It's been about a year and so far have kept my weight down & feel great! Lastly, LTW is very clean and follow the COVID guidelines!!! I never liked going to the gym, it was something I did not want to think about. I found this Place in December of 2017 I started in January and have been a member since 2018. I have to say this place is my HAPPY place and the reason why I look forward to my now evenings. I love this place, the coaches, the environment, and the people. I have seen this place grow in so many ways, the best one is how it takes care of all of us, the clients. I haven't been this consistent in going to the gym in nearly a decade, and there's a reason for that. Sessions are quick but hard-hitting (the longest 30 minutes of my life), and coaches are so full of energy, you can't help but "Wooo!" even when you're physically, mentally and emotionally empty (looking at you, COVID). Safety measures are legit. Encouraging but not pushy. Everyone there is like a ball of sunshine. Thanks for keeping me sane.

This gym changed my life. I've said it before to a few, but here I'll say it again to everyone cus these guys deserve it. I'm grateful I joined Monrovia FBBC. It has only been 3 months and the result so far is great. All the staff and coaches are super friendly and supportive. I have received so many positive energy and inspiration from other members in the facility. They are amazing people. I love the vibe which is what keeps me coming everyday. Statistically, I've lost 23.6lb of body fat mass. But this really doesn't matter now since this is just one of the side benefits since I joined.
