I was looking for a gym with a small business feel. I have used large gyms in the past but knew I needed something different. I had been stagnant due to working from home and had come to the conclusion that I needed to invest in myself. I happen to come across Erin's page and decided to take a chance and find out more. I was correct she has been… the very attentive, dedicated, friendly and positive trainer I've been looking for. This gym has been what I've been looking for. I enjoy training with Erin at her gym because it is small but comprehensive: it offers different options to support

First week of virtual training 2x a week I lost 6lbs! Its is the end of my 3rd week I'm at a total weight loss of 10lbs! I love how a meal guide and easy recipes are given as well. would recommend to everyone trying to get healthy in a fun and easy way!!

I went to PTO Fitness hosted by Erin Oldham for The Women's Wellness club meetup. I met very friendly women and trainers there. My intention was to make friends and stay fit at the same time! It was a pleasure to meet Erin who helped me to do part of the work out. She is a good motivator!

Erin is an awesome trainer! She always makes sure I give my all during a workout, and she will accommodate my workouts to avoid painful or injured areas of my body. She truly cares about my goals and helping me achieve them. With her guidance, I lost 5 pounds in a month. 👍🏼

Erin is very knowledgeable & awesome to workout with! I am personally suffering from back pain. She has put together the most perfect rehabilitating exercises & stretches for me that I wouldn’t have been able… to come up with on my own. Over the past few weeks of working out with her, I’ve also lost 5lbs! I can’t wait to see how much more progress I make throughout the holidays. Definitely recommend going to see her!

Erin is the best trainer I've ever had. I've been seeing her twice weekly now for almost two years, and I got my husband to start training with her too about a year ago. She's knowledgeable, friendly, energetic, positive, and strict-but-not-too-strict and laid-back-but-not-too-laid back. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer, especially women.
