I was looking for someone to help me color correct my bleached blonde hair (that I never had any intention of having!!) and help me get back to a more natural dark brown color, that is closer to my natural look. Absolutely amazed by his work and professionalism. My hair was in need of major help after my previous stylist botched my hair leaving it orange and brassy looking. I went to John Francis after a horrible experience trying to get and then correct a blonde weave at a nearby upscale salon in BH. It was amateur and damaging ...it was a nightmare. I'm so grateful I found John Francis. I walked in and he was able to consult with me immediately. He knew what to do right away and put me at ease. I felt safe here! He was sympathetic, professional, and just an amazingly gifted artist. He is a remarkable stylist and color correction is his specialty. I'm blonde again! Thank you so much for everything, John.

My experience at this salon was above and beyond! I got a cut and color in two separate appointments, and despite my having put my hair through a lot with home bleach and box dye jobs, John made my hair look healthy and amazing as if I had never messed with it. Booking my appointment was also easy, and he talked me through what was needed to achieve the look I wanted in a way that made sense to me and was very reassuring. I have followed John for last 15 years and having used many salons and hair stylists, I can easily say he is the most knowledgeable, patient, understandable one. Even few times because of distance had to see other stylists, who burned my hair, my rescue was always to come back to him. This was my first time with John and I will never go with anyone else ever again. I previous done work that was out grown blonde roots along with dryness and a well overdue hair cut.
