Services
We train naturally with no machines, no mirrors, and no egos. Our training philosophy will help you increase your strength, speed, and stamina and we will teach you to move instinctively. The goal of Natural Training is to develop highly skilled and strong individuals. We promote eating a Plant-Based Diet to have a healthy body and reduce the impact on the planet.
A weekly challenge to get you motivated to stay focused on your wellness throughout the week, while building team spirit with our family! These have ranged from hiking challenges to meditation challenges!. Zoom group workouts, for workouts that can't be distilled into a 3 minute video we'll zoom it up!
You can start any time at MBG Missoula but we know the benefits of a group start and a total focus on getting your fitness on track! Throughout the year, you can join us for 30, 60, or coming in 2020: 365-day challenges!. Monthly curriculum designed to truly evaluate your vision for wellness and how to get there.
You can jump in to MBG training any time of the year, you don't need to wait for a challenge! But since our workouts progress and become harder after a starting point, or if you have a particular goal in mind, some times of the year are better than others! The theme of our workouts change with the seasons to best help you prep for your Montana adventures.

My "gym" has always been the outdoors, but MBG is truly something different than your run-o-the-mill treadmill graveyard. I signed up for the Holiday 60-Day Bootcamp, and I've sweat through more kettle bells and lunges than I would ever do by myself. When I am skiing, running, and climbing, I promise you, I feel stronger. You will too!

MBG is by far the most positive gym experience I've ever had. Even on my off days I work harder here than I ever did alone, and the atmosphere is comfortable and motivating. I've gotten so hooked on the shape I'm in from going, as well as the people who are a part of Monkey Bar, that I actually go to the gym regularly...and I actually like it.

I haven't enjoyed working out this much since I rowed in college. It's great just being able to show up and know that you'll get a killer workout with a great group of people! The workouts are tailored so that you'll continue to see improvement, whatever level you are at. It is inspiring to see how far people have come in the program!

I did the 1 week free, and then decided to jump into the 60 day challenge. I was a bit hesitant at first knowing how I like to get my fitness outdoors, however, after the first week of soreness subsided, I looked forward to every class. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the instructor as well as the great people I met at MBG Missoula really added to my experience. I have noticed a great improvement in my overall fitness level, and my ability to excel at my outdoor activities! I recommend this to everyone.

Wonderful gym. Excellent one on one attention, and exercises that are fitted to every members skill level. I have had fun with the workouts every time I have gone!! If you want a supportive setting to feel the best you can, attend the free first week offer and see how you like it, I bet you will stay with Tynille and her members!
