Nassau-Suffolk Performing Arts is a non-profit organization which was founded in 1994 in order to provide talented student musicians from across Long Island and the metropolitan area with additional rehearsal and performance opportunities in the jazz and concert band genres.

Services
The Nassau Suffolk Concert Band is comprised of talented student musicians in grades nine through twelve from high school band programs across Long Island, providing them an opportunity to immerse themselves in advanced concert band rehearsal and performance techniques. Students will broaden their individual, sectional, and ensemble abilities through exposure to a wide variety of wind band literature.
The Nassau Suffolk Honor Band consists of some of the finest seventh and eighth grade musicians from across Long Island, providing them an opportunity to immerse themselves in an advanced concert band setting. Students will broaden their technical, musical and ensemble abilities through rehearsals and performances of a wide variety of concert band literature.
