Tilles Center
Tilles Center for the Performing Arts at LIU Post in Brookville, is Long Island's premier concert hall. For almost 40 years, Tilles Center has been host to more than 70 performances each season by world-renowned artists in music, theater and dance. Tilles Center was the first to bring the New York Philharmonic to Long Island and Bruce Springsteen's legendary "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town" was recorded onsite.

Thanks to the generous support of Eric and Sandra Krasnoff, the Krasnoff Theater, formerly Hillwood Recital Hall, has been refurbished and expanded to include new cushioned seats, a regraded floor for better views and an improved overall layout. Tilles Center is located at LIU Post, 720 Northern Blvd, Brookville NY.

I saw a fabulous show at Tilles center last Sunday. Great experience. Everybody was masked up and you had to show your vaccination record to get in. Felt very safe and the entertainment was simply fabulous.

I have always enjoyed seeing a show here. Right now in Covid times they are very diligent with rules for masking, checking your vaccination cards, to checking your bags and metal detection so prepare to be patient when entering and make sure to arrive early. Seats are comfy and good views from just about everywhere. Sound quality is very good as well.

I wished they offered more rhythm and blues performers. Great place for concerts, and the seating arrangement is roomy.

Really great venue! Acoustics are very good and the seats are quite comfortable.
Parking and getting in and out of the venue does leave much to be desired. If you don't leave early you will be spending a lot of quality time with your pals in the car! One way in, one way out!

Nice place. Sound used to be better but there are no bad seats. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Give yourself ample time to get in and parked before a show. Lots of parking but entering can take forever on a busy night.

Good experience!
Long time no visit to the concert hall. There was a Korean singer Lim Chang-jung concert and I visited here. I saw the performance closer than I thought. I enjoyed the concert. I hope Korean singers come and play often.

Visited the Tilles Center for Division 4 All County this past weekend, and what a beautiful venue, sound quality is perfect when the students preformed. Seating layout is great as well. Returning in February for Sr. recitals.
