After multiple frustrations with a previous valet trash vendor, I made the decision to switch to Trashbusters in 2016. I could not be happier with that decision! Mark and his team are the most professional valet team I have ever worked with. Our resident complaints have decreased dramatically (to practically zero!), and all our request are fulfilled promptly, and always with a fantastic customer service-orientated attitude.

This is what I walked out to at 3am today at Sheffield Square Apartments (Grand Prairie, TX). This resident put this bag of trash outside (at the proper time and day-it was tied off and didn’t have holes). It has been out for almost 2 weeks now and the trash valet still has not picked it up. Instead you guys tore the bag open and threw the trash all over the hallway-even made an effort to put the flour all over the place. This is beyond unprofessional and unsanitary. You are putting everyone else’s health at risk when all you had to do was report whatever the issue was to the leasing office
