Mold: Mold reproduces through spores that become air born. It can come in many different types. There are 15 different types of mold that can grow within a residence. Mold is a type of fungus that grows primarily in dark and moist places. Metal air ducts are a perfect environment for mold growth. If the ducts become dirty the smallest amount of moisture will cause the dust in the ducts to grow a fungus.
No two systems are identical. Many different factors go into the kind, type, and amount of cleaning your system will need. The amount of time, upkeep, changing of the filters, sanitization, keeping it hygienic, are to name a few. Maintenance Cleaning: A maintenance cleaning is more effective if performed on your system annually or biannually after a deep cleaning.
Furnace cleaning: Cleaning your furnace is the most important part to keeping your air system clean. The furnace is what pushes all of the air throughout your home and will be the first part of your system to get dirty. If the motor gets dirty or has a problem performing, the home will suffer, and consequently your electric or oil bill will suffer.

I used this company to clean my HVAC vents. I have been working from home, I was preoccupied with work when they arrived so I missed their names. Both of these gentlemen had great personalities and I was very comfortable with them in my home. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. I have already recommended this service to family and co-workers. If you are interested in getting your vents cleaned...USE THIS COMPANY!

I would put zero stars if I could. Bait and switch tactics. Dishonest. Did not clean. Changed prices after originally agreeing on $189 for the whole house and dryer vent. Claimed to have found mold where there was none present and could on my AC unit were still dirty after they left. Would never use them again. Don't water your money here!

Classic Bait and Switch contractors. Avoid. Found them on an instagram ad (my first clue) where they advertised an extremely dirt air duct vs a clean one after their cleaning. Offered discount special for $120 a unit. I scheduled a cleaning. When they showed up they showed me my vent (which looked clean compared to the dirty one in their ad) and told me I needed a "Deep Cleaning" for $350 a unit. I said no I will take the $120 unit cleaning upon which they claimed that would do me no good. I showed them the door. Stay away from these guys. Plenty of honorable contractors out
