I have been living in South Florida for the past 40 years. I knew since I was a teenager that I wanted to be an undefined lawyer. IF JESSICA KRASSNER IS YOUR ATTORNEY... kiss your house goodbye! I lost my home because she didn't think I was important enough to call on the Friday, when she filed an emergency hearing for the sale date on Monday which was denied. She EMAILED not called to tell me the motion was denied. Understandable. But I asked her to call me so that she could explain to me how to go about getting the funds into the registry to bid at the auction or can she make an appeal before the sale starts being that I had the cash and was present. She proceeds to email me back and forth about 4pm on that Friday

I was so hoping that this was going to be my sanctuary for help on a loan, but it has been beyond disappointing every step of the way. They take my name and phone number and schedule a time for me to sit by the phone and wait for an appointment/interview. They did so by fighting for us, their client, while other attorneys are only interested in getting upfront money to then do little or nothing for their clients.. Matthew Bavaro and his entire staff are first class competent lawyers who agressively fight for their clients.
After saving our home, Matthew went one step further. He sued the bank for all attorney fees and afterwards told us that he was sending us back all the money that we paid to him. Who does that? They are Honest Jack V !
