Smart Start Loomis-Penryn Enrolls Children 2 years - TK, potty-trained not required for 2 year olds. Our Preschool program is especially designed to meet the needs of the individual child. Each child is unique with an individual way of learning. Smart Start understands this and strives to create a learning environment for every child.
