incredible service. went to several stores looking specifically for the Reebok Sublite Cushion Work shoes and it seems that this is the only store in the valley that had them in stock. even got a free pair of boots as a bogo deal! 100% recommend.

Both times I stopped at JR's, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good selection of women's boots too.

Incredible service and respect. Will definitely be buying all my work boots here. They sell all brands I picked up a pair of justin boots. They have wolverine and durango boots also.

Been getting my boots here since 2000. Jay is a great guy and only wants to make sure you get the right boot. He takes the time to make sure they are the correct fit and are comfortable. Was in today for new boots and Jay was not there but his stand in was just as good. Walked out with 2 pairs of boots one for me and one for an employee.

JR's is by far the best place to buy boots. I took my son in and they made sure his first set of good boots fit him well. They actually care about their customers. I have never experienced customer service like this in a store.

I went to JR’s right before closing time on Sunday and was greeted with a friendly smile by Eliza.
I thought I was going to be in and out but realized after speaking with Eliza how important it is for my new work boots to fit really well since I’ll be on my feet most of the day.
She was very knowledgable and she had me try on a variety of boots in different sizes, different styles and from different manufacturers.
She gave me a pair of socks that were really comfortable for trying on the 8 inch high boots. I liked the socks so much I bought a package of them as well.

The best place to buy work boots! The owner is seriously the nicest guy. He'll measure your foot, find you the perfect boots (making sure you don't feel the steel toe), tell some jokes and send you out the door with a candy bar, free shoe polish and an extra set of laces. I moved away from Arizona years ago but still go back to JR's to get my work boots when I am back in the Phoenix area.
