We are an Optometric practice in NW Peoria, AZ with roots in Hawai'i. We treat all of our patients as we would our "Ohana" (Family), and provide the best care we possibly can. Dr. Kwok graduated from SUNY College of Optometry in 2006, and has made it a point since to spread the Aloha spirit through her treatments.

All of our comprehensive eye health examinations include dilation, screening peripheral vision testing, and screening retinal imaging at no extra cost!* I chose this optometry office because it was a provider within my insurance network. Unlike most eye providers, Dr. Kwok performs all testing herself without using additional technicians and aides.

I am impressed with Ohana Eye Care professionalism, expertise and extra attention. We read the reviews before making the initial appointment and were not disappointed. My teenage daughter needed an eye exam and a prescription for glasses. I checked with most of the big box stores and they were having limited hours and exams in spring of 2021. We made the appointment and we felt really welcomed. We were pleased that this office was serious about following universal safety precautions. I came to Ohana Eye Care after researching optometrists in the Surprise/Sun Cities/Peoria area. I'm so very glad I found Dr. Kwok! She is thorough and professional as well as friendly. She explained every test and the results during the exam. When, as she was finishing, I mentioned the "images" were clear she questioned me further, re-checked my previous lenses, made some further adjustments and asked again about the clarity...there was a single image! No correction for balance had been made by my previous optometrist, but she caught the discrepancy with my single reply of images (plural). The

Believe all the FIVE STAR reviews, Dr. Kwok and her staff are amazing! Not only is Dr. Kwok extremely knowledgeable, she takes the time to explain all her findings and works with you to get the perfect prescription for glasses or contacts. I've worn glasses since I was two years old and I've rarely come across a doctor that is such a great optometrist, consummate professional, and so nice. She really cares about her patients. Ohana Eye Care is by far THE BEST optometry office I've ever been to. When I moved from CA, I immediately saw the rave reviews and figured I'd give them a try. Fantastic office and people! When I scheduled an appointment for my 4 year old, I wasn't sure what to expect or how it would differ from an adult exam, but Dr Kwok was amazing! She made it fun, interactive and very informative. My son was at ease and had a great (and very thorough) first eye exam experience.
I look forward to bringing the rest of the family in for exams and some adorable and trendy frames!

Dr Kwok and her staff have taken amazing, tremendous care of our family. They have provided exceptional service, alerted us to things we should watch for, and provided quality products and always helped with any warranty issues. They have also cared for us as true Ohana, mourning the loss of my husband, a fellow patient, when he passed away last year and extending a truly caring hand if we needed it. Highly highly recommend!

The staff are incredibly helpful, polite, and provide great service. This office is a bit of a drive for me, but I will continue to go out of my way to give these wonderful people business. As a bonus, they provide free refills on lens cleaner if you bring in their branded bottle. Not sure if Gabby still works there, but thank you so much for helping me pick the perfect pair of glasses!

I absolutely love this place! They have the sweetest staff. They do all they can to help you with your needs. I have 2 boys that have broke their glasses and through the warranty, Ohana has helped us replace them without any problems.
Their style selection is awesome and they offer all lens treatments.
The doctor is just as nice as can be.

I found Ohana Eye Care after being treated horribly at another eye care office in Peoria. Dr. Kwok was very kind and thorough and gave me the correct eye glass prescription. Because I was suffering for a year with the wrong prescription given to me from another location, I did research to find Ohana Eye Care. Her positive reviews lived up to my experience. My vision is now corrected with my new glasses from Dr. Kwok. My experience at Ohana Eye Care was wonderful. I highly recommend this location for eye care needs, and you will not be sorry you went to Ohana Eye Care.

Dr. Kwok is AMAZING!! I was very happy with her services! She explained in detail from step 1 all the way thru the appointment. Her offices are state of the art and she had all tests results right then. No… wait. Plus Jon, Jeff and the office staff had great customer service!!! I even bought my friend Anita in when picking up my glasses to make an appointment!!

I have a "unique" prescription that over the years no company has gotten right the first time. I was totally shocked when I went in today to pick up my new glasses. They are perfect. The staff is totally professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kwok is a joy. She explained the process as we went along and answered all of my questions. I can't be happier with my experience at Ohana Eye Care on Union Hills. I was so happy I left my old sunglasses for new lenses and I am not worried about them at all.

I should have written a review last year when I first went here for an eye exam. It was awesome. They took the time to do the right calculations for my progressive lenses so that I wasn't getting blurry vision working on my computer for the first time in years. They also helped me pick out frames I love, and that are right for my lifestyle.

I bought a couple pairs of glasses and found that part of the service to be very good.
