Gary Paranzino earned A.B. and J.D. degrees from Cornell University, where he was Research Editor of the Cornell Law Review. As a corporate executive he completed the Stanford Law School General Counsel Institute program. Paranzino is a member of both the California and New York state bars, and is admitted to practice in several federal courts.
