Services
During the first 10 years, we operated as Kiddie Kobbler, but changed our name to Footbeats to appeal to older children. We expanded with a new store each year for the first 6 years, adding locations in Western MA and CT. We added women's and men's comfort and wide footwear to our Enfield, CT location in the late 1990s.
As a shoe store, our first and foremost priority is to fit feet from the earliest walkers for babies, and for every step after that. We provide the same customer service whether you are shopping for the first pair of shoes as we do for our adult and senior customers. We ask a few questions and listen to what the customer tells us so we can get the right footwear for the foot and occasion.
Footbeats carries a wide variety of brands to meet the fit, fashion and function you need for active children. We have brands that are USA staples like Stride Rite and New Balance as well as European brands such as Geox and Primigi. We are always looking for the best materials for breathability, flexibility and durability.
She showed us what was available and then brought out an assortment for both of my children to try on. Completely worth paying a few extra dollars for quality and service! Great hassle free support. Might be a few dollars more than a Target or Walmart shoe but they wear better and last longer.

Footbeats Enfield had a huge selection of children's shoes! The store was clean and the employee was very helpful and friendly. They were taking great precautions due to Covid 19 and there was no one else in the store at the same time. I felt really comfortable bringing my daughter her for new summer sandals.

What a great little family run store. My mother took my girls here 29 years ago and now I am taking my granddaughter for her first walking shoes! Staff is very attentive and helpful. Nice choice of shoes for little ones and soon we will be in the bigger shoes and there just as many to,choose from in them also. Worth a trip to get good quality stride rite and other name brands for children and adults shoes are in the other half of the store.
