When I first started with Sarah asking for a quote, she gave me one about 30% savings on my old auto insurance. Every time I have called her and her staff I get my answers back in less than most companies, in an hour or less. Sarah and Reymundo have been very responsive and displayed professionalism in answering my questions or need with regards to my car insurance coverage. I recently installed beacon in my car and downloaded Drive Safe and Save and it saved me a good amount of money on my premium. I highly recommend their agency.

I switched over to Statefarm in Aug 2019, after many years with my previous car insurance. I contacted Sarah. She and Alma made my transition very easy. I was informed of different coverages that were available and what would work best for me. I hadn't updated my car insurance in so many years and was not even aware of the many coverages available. I eventually included my home insurance knowing that Sarah would make sure I was getting the best package for me. I haven't needed to use it so far (reason for 4-star) but feel like I am covered. Sarah and her team have been incredibly helpful ever since we started with them as our insurance agents. Our car was recently totaled and the whole process couldn’t have been smoother. I have been a State Farm customer for nearly 42 years. The agent I previously had retired last year.
Without any consent from me, my account was (sold, I assume) to Ms.Memdoza. Since she acquired my account she has not even take the time to contact me to introduce herself, check in with me to see if I’d like to make any policy changes or even just to provide me with contact info for her office.
I called the agents office about 3 months ago regarding my vehicle getting rear ended on the freeway because I needed information on what I should do since I was not at fault. I was basically told to
