If I could give Everett Baker 10 stars I would. He was knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. He was so quick in finding what I need and pairing me with the best dental insurance I could find. Customer Service via phone can be difficult at times but this was the easiest experience I have ever had. I needed further clarification on a couple of insurance plans that I was trying to decide on for my best option. Luckily, I talked with Everett, a very kind, patient and pleasant person to offer his professional guidance. Once again, Chris and his team stepped up to help my family. In a conversation about my health insurance coverage, I made a comment about my father's Medicare and supplemental coverage he was paying for. Chris asked me to send over my father's insurance details so he could make sure we were on the best plan. Within 24 hours his team had cheaper options with better coverage to chose from. One call and Gabe efficiently and knowledgeably discussed Medicare plan options with me as well as my Rx options. I always dread having to consider policy changes, but he made it all very clear and matter-of-fact. What a professional.
He had one issue he wanted to confirm as I had moved here from another state, so he said he would get back with me. And he did -- in an unbelievable less than seven minutes! (How often does THAT happen?)

I first called Anthem because of their big-name. The lady I spoke with on the phone was basically zero help to me. I needed somebody that could walk me through step-by-step based on what I needed specifically. I ended up getting an email from Portland Benefits Group which I initially ignored. After a bad experience with Anthem I gave Portland Benefits Group a shot, I'm glad I did.
Iceberg with Everett, who was super helpful! Barely made me lift a finger to get exactly what I needed! I work more than 60 hours a week so customer service like that is very important to me! Thank you Everett!
