Superior quality and service! I decided to use my vision coverage and brought a prescription to Casey Vision for a new pair of glasses. Because of the excellent customer service, the wide selection of frames and most importantly the quality of the lenses, I plan to now use Casey Vision as my optician and will have my eye exams there as well. Thank you for a truly amazing first-time experience. It's rare to find these days.

EXCEPTIONAL is the one word to describe the care and service I received over the years at Casey Vision. My family has been under Casey Vision’s care for more than 15 years. My kids got their first glasses there and are now teenagers and love the available style. We have nearsighted and astigmatism and require (I would say) more specialized glasses and contact lenses than usual. This is the first place I found to be able to fit me with comfortable contact lenses; however, our main eyewear are glasses, and we always get the most comfortable and stylish glasses. You get more than what you pay for

I’ve been going to Casey Vision Care for several years, and my experience has always been excellent! The entire team is very attentive, pleasant and most importantly consultative in making sure I have the best eye wear! The only reason I'm even giving two stars is because the Dr was pleasant. When I picked a pair of glasses out the lady simply tried to hit me with a very large bill. When asked what the TWO insurances that I have covers she said they'll only use one and that's what it was. When I told her I wasn't prepared for such a big cost and didn't want to order the glasses she became very snobbish and dismissive. Having worked in the medical field for 15+ yrs I know there should only be a small cost if any at all with two insurance plans. Will be getting my prescription and going elsewhere for glasses.

Casey's was recommended to me by coworkers 6-7 years ago. I have gone there numerous times since and have always had excellent care and service. The staff are friendly and attentive, and always provide great advice. Past experiences with one of the chains was they never got the prescription correct the first time and I had to return multiple times. This has never occured at Casey's.

Been with Casey vision for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. They run on time and they work around my schedule as best they can. We have relocated but still continue to make the trip into Albany, always greeted with a smile by the lovely ladies upfront. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. So if you are looking for great vision care this is the place to go
