Words cannot express my love and gratitude to the staff of Eagle Crest Villa for the extensive care and compassion for both of my parents. From the director to the administrator, caregivers, the nursing staff, kitchen staff, activities director, maintenance and the family spirit of the residents gave my parents and I the support and quality of life I could find in no other assisted living home. The facility is a warm and comforting atmosphere and the maintenance and upkeep are immaculate. I loved the country feel and the wooded location it sets in. Their mission in life is truly to respect, honor

My mother-in-law has lived here for approximately the past three years. I have nothing but good things to say about the facility and especially the staff. They are all extremely caring people and we have not had to complain about anything since she’s been there. The facility is immaculate and they work very hard keeping it that way. My mother in law has put on weight since she has been there because the food is so good! It’s a difficult situation deciding if your loved one needs to move to a care facility but I am so glad we chose this place, couldn’t ask for a better home for her.

When we voiced the prayer, "Lord we could use a little help!" Eagle Crest Villa was our answer. Mom has been at Eagle Crest for just over a year. In that time we have made ER visits 5 times, if she had still been on her own 4 of those probably would have been fatal. The staff is like loving caring family. Mom who is 93 and has 80% vision loss goes to play BINGO weekly and everyone around helps her with her numbers. Just one example of the wonderful staff and residents at Eagle Crest. Mom has lung cancer and is now in early stage hospice. The hospice team works with the Eagle Crest staff and mom

Eagle Crest has been a good match for my mom. She is independent but is comfortable having someone available 24 hrs a day should the need arise.
The staff is caring, most are friendly and the nutritionist & chef are willing to listen to the residents regarding menu suggestions.
In the year my mom has been there I believe any concern she has had has been addressed when she made it known.
This place is safe, clean, comfortable, cheerful and inviting.
Thanks to Heather, Jo, Jennifer, and Sherry who are always my "go to" people.

My Mother moved into Eagle Crest Villa two weeks ago and we have been very pleased. It has only been one month since my Dad's death and funeral. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating in getting Mother comfortable with her new environment. The residents have been very friendly and accepting. My Mother says that every meal in the dining room has been very enjoyable. She has stated that she really feels "at home" which means so much to our family. Thank You.

Mom was kicked out after two days!!
She moved in on Wednesday and Friday at 5:00 the nurse said there were other facilities that had more staff and could meet our needs but theirs did not (this was the very person that did the assessment and said she was a perfect candidate - Level one). She told me by phone at 5:00 Friday that someone from the family would need to come sit with her or hire a 24 hour sitter because she had tried to exit the building and they are not a locked facility.
I find this a little strange because the outside door that was nearest my Mom's apartment stayed locked - we
