Good oral health includes maintaining the health of the roots and tissues beneath the surface of teeth. Dr. [Name] is board certified in Endodontology and has [#] years of experience practicing endodontics and performing routine root canal therapy. For teeth damaged by injury or decay, in the case of cavities, for example, fillings restore the portion of the damaged tooth, preventing further decay.
Over 90% of dental insurance policies are accepted at our office. Traditional and PPO policies are programmed into our computer, enabling us to instantly estimate what portion of fees are covered by dental insurance and your co-payment amount. You simply pay your co-payment, and we wait for your insurance company to reimburse us.
You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. We also accept most major dental insurances. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call (727) 791-1450. I had been having headaches for months with pain in what felt like the back of my neck.
Crowns are full coverage restorations that are used to cover a tooth that is likely to break or is too broken down to be restored with a filling. They are most commonly done after root canal treatment or when a large filling wears out. The larger the hole made by a cavity that has to be treated, the more likely a crown will be needed.
There are different types of dentures, but they share their common function. They replace teeth that have become loose or been lost due to bone loss. When bone loss around the roots of teeth is great enough to loosen them or let them fall out, it's time for dentures. Relax. No one enjoys losing their natural teeth, but you can still eat and talk regularly.
