We visited Rochester Fitness & Cycling for the first time in the summer of 2020, hoping (like everyone else) to purchase home cardio equipment. For those who really enjoy a personal touch, the owner (Jamie) is thoughtful and does his research, yet presents it in such a relatable manner. There is much knowledge -- but no pretense: Jamie is a straight-shooter, yet with a wonderful sense of humor, which my husband and I both appreciate. Plus, I can be one to ask endless questions about products, and the staff was wonderfully patient with me each interaction. Rochester Fitness & Cycling is a top-notch

MAKING BIKE SHOPS GREAT AGAIN!!!What can I say but wow hands down best bike shop I've ever been to they really put the customer first and won't just sell you anything they listen to your wants and needs and will put you on the right bike or fitness equipment for what your looking to do. The reason I say this is I was looking to upgrade my bike as my old one needed repair and was outdated and the cost to fix and upgrade would have not been worth it. So I went to the shop and I was like I want a bike I'll take what ever you got cause at this point I was over fixing and working on my old bike. So

So far, I am very pleased with this location. Great service and all my questions about bikes were answered. The staff definitely wants to help you find the right fit for you and your biking needs. I tried to order a treadmill online from Nordic track but they sent incompetent installers that stated they cannot bring it downs stairs to my basement. They took the treadmill back and had the nerve to charge me for the shipping and restocking fee. Never order from Nordic track!!
On the the hand I went to Rochester Fitness & Cycling got to try the Treadmills, pick the one that is best for me, have it delivered by excellent professional installers that took the machine apart, transferred it down to the basement and installed it with in 30 minutes. Thank you Very Much!!

I decided to buy my treadmill from here and so far it look like a good move. Delivery and setup was professional and the treadmill is high quality. They also made sure to protect our home while delivering and removing equipment. I like supporting local companies and this turned out to be a good move.

I went there to check them out after it was highly recommended. I can see why, they are great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy at all. I went to buy one bicycle and bought two. Jamie and Dan are just awesome. They really roll out the red carpet for everyone. Great place and awesome people.
