Straight rude and unprofessional! Took it in for an alignment was told they couldn’t do it cuz the grease fittings would rub the axle boot cuz ball joints were installed backwards well it’s an angled zerk n it’s clearly not touching the boot ask them to show me what they ment n owner told me pay for my oil change that they wasn’t workn on it !

Called to set up an appointment for an oil change. The guy on the phone told me he can't know what kind of oil and how much a car takes without the car present. When I tried to tell him every other shop can do it providing the exact model and engine size, I was told to go somewhere else and hanged up on. Excellent way to do business.

Absolutely horrible customer service I asked of it could be done by 10:30 because we had kids to get off the bus he said it would be done by then ,we came into the waiting area it was full but because of COVID couldn't wait inside walked outside dude handed keys back for no apparent reason didn't give us a reason until we called which we were still there dude flipped us off through the window Dan would be disappointed in the service poor place

Very combative and angry service manager. There is a little troll that sits behind the desk looking to fight anyone that walks in, have never experienced anything like it. Apparently, he is under the impression "his precious" are the services they offer, which are in fact readily available at dozens of locations in the area for better prices with friendlier and faster service. Do yourself a favor, read the reviews and DO NOT go here.

Dan's American Tire is awesome. I've taken my car here many times now whether it be for the oil changes, the new tires, or to fix my brake lines. These guys are super fast and friendly. As a woman, I don't feel like this company takes advantage of you for not knowing anything about vehicles like some other places may do. They have their own tow truck and they will get your car back to you within a day or two! The man at the front desk is always happy and friendly. I won't take my car anywhere else!!

My first impression was that they were not very polite as you would expect from a business. I in spite of that made an appointment for 4 new tires and an oil change. I walked in for my appointment and even though I’m medically exempt from wearing a mask I was told I could not come in. I said that’s fine I will go somewhere else. I went to another tire dealer which matched the price, was friendly, professional and I waited in the lounge area for my truck. Dan American Tire lost a new customer today.

I highly would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE looking for any kind of service. The "manager" behind the counter is incredibly rude and uneducated in Customer Service. Apparently he thinks you should use his business despite his poor personality. Dan's use to be very reputable until Dan sold it and this new manager has started. Please DO NOT USE THEM!!!
