I went in because my defrosters weren’t working. I was afraid there was a mechanical breakage in the heater box that would involve my whole Dash needing removed. What a surprise when they found one screw had backed out of the box assembly causing the defrost door to jam. Fred simply tightened the screw, defrost now works , my total bill was only $140 which covered the diagnostic and repair. Fred is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and 100% honest filled with integrity. I’m sure other mechanics would’ve taken advantage of me or would’ve overlooked the small problem wanting to dive into

If you need any work done to your vehicle I highly recommend Fix-it with Fred. Fred and his employees make the entire process as painless and easy as possible. The new technology they are working with makes the entire experience transparent. It's awesome to know step by step what is happening with your car. It's just a bonus that you can see photos and videos of the damage/problems they find and fix. The rental car I was given to drive while they fixed my Jeep drove better than any of my previous cars and it goes to show how well they take care of things. The pricing was affordable. As a woman

Absolutely ridiculous! I went in to get my heater repaired and also for a small leak coming from the antifreeze lines. They kept my vehicle for a day and a half and told me that they needed to run two different diagnostic tests that cost me $250 without even fixing anything! Instead of simply doing what I asked them to fix, they wasted a day and a half coming up with a comprehensive report about what all my vehicle needed to be repaired. I chose this mechanic shop simply because it appeared to be a small, local business, which I like to support, however, they are more interested in their technology

Fred and the crew are beyond honest. Every step, every need is documented electronically and photographically. They also use a color graph of good, pay attention, and freaking serious. As a former manager of automobile service these guys are the crew I always tried to build. They are the only service for me.

Big shoutout to Corey! I have to say I'm skeptical whenever I take my car to someone new but Fix It Fred was very accommodating. They were friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I got a full car inspection with a detailed breakdown. Each issue is identified with details and pictures which makes it very easy to understand. They even waived my inspection fee due to the minuscule issue I had. The staff made me feel comfortable and they did a great job explaining everything and showing me how they operate. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is on the fence about finding a good mechanic.

Seems like they do a decent job. The work I gave them was intermediate at best and the bill was very high. Please make sure you ask about a breakdown of how the invoice reads. It hides some things such as hourly rate and cost of parts. Owner called me and explained for an hour why the bill was so high. He has to charge more for labor because he gives cheap oil changes. 29.99 is average so he is not doing anyone any favors.

I found Fix-it with Fred after a couple of unpleasant experiences with a different shop in the area. And boy am I happy I did! Fred and Jess immediately made me feel comfortable and gave me confidence that they'd take great care of my car. They do an in depth review that comes to you via text and email and they're very honest in their recommendations on what needs done. They've earned my trust and my future business. Also, their shop is one of the nicest and cleanest I've ever set foot in...a bonus!

I took my car to him for the first time for what looked like a real bad problem and he just had to tighten a clamp and look it over for $40.00. When we took it in we said what it was doing and by our description (without knowing the make, model or year) he knew exactly what car it was down to the year. With this experience, we have decided to go to him from now on.
