While we love to meet our clients face-to-face, the truth is that our work can be entirely done remotely through e-mails, phone calls, apps, texts, or a combination of all four. As with everything else in life, communication is key and we will communicate with you via your preferred method. Fun Fact: At least 60% of our current clientele lives outside of California.

After a discouraging consultation with a local immigration attorney, I am so thankful for our friend referring us to Joseph and his team. Our situation needed a creative approach, and Joseph and Margaret really came through. They really live up to promises of being "Brilliantly Creative, Outstandingly Efficient and Compassionately Just" on their website.
We needed help filing an i290B, and they helped us find a creative solution that was approved within a month after we submitted it. A few months after that, we received our green card!

A friend referred me to Tsang and Associates because I heard you could withdraw 401k without penalty during Covid-19. I wanted more guidance about this especially because I am trying to buy a house in the next 1-2 years. I was able to speak with Joseph and he advised me on this new policy and helped me plan out what steps to take to in order to make this possible. He also gave me sound financial advice on my plan to purchase a house. He even let me know what to expect in the next few years in terms of taxes.
