Successful Executive Search requires a deep understanding of the market and a disciplined process to be executed diligently and quickly. For every search engagement, we follow the same three-phased process described under the categories below. We work in partnership with our clients and remain in continuous communication throughout each essential stage of the search.
This is the most critical step in the process. It enables us to understand who our client is and what our client needs. We meet with key stakeholders and invest our time to learn and understand the company culture, the values of the hiring team, and the strategic objectives of the business. We prepare a Position Profile, which is used to communicate the opportunity to our target candidates.
As we communicate the opportunity to the market, we are creating an image of our client and generating excitement about the opportunity with potential candidates. Our Senior Consultant communicates directly with our target candidates on a peer-to-peer basis. Direct engagement by the Senior Consultant is critical as our targets are generally happily employed and ignore calls from the junior associates employed by many firms.
We assist in determining the optimal interview process for our client and help to manage logistics related to candidate interviews, including scheduling, traveling, etc. Following the first round of interviews, we work together with the client to review the candidates and identify the lead candidates who will continue the process.
