Services
Fresh cut potato chips tossed in Sub Tap's Signature wing sauce, with blue cheese crumbles and chives. Golden fried potato skins topped with melted cheese, bacon, chives, served with sour cream. Our Crispy tater tots topped with seasoned ground beef, cheddar-jack cheese and Jalapenos. Deep fried, golden brown delicious cauliflower topped with our famous Suburban Tap Wing Sauce.

Terrible service. Old tasting beer. Dark. Dirty. Almost empty bar and the bartender nowhere to be found. We sat there unacknowledged for 10 mins before a less than enthusiastic employee stopped to get our drink order and then disappeared again for another 7 mins. Its too bad because the live music was kind of nice. We decided to take our business elsewhere.

Been coming here to watch my Washington Football Team play when not on TV. Dark bar type of atmosphere, the waitresses are pretty nice and attentive at times. Sometimes they leave you alone for atleast a good 40-45min LOL.
One of my complaints is the back room is always freezing. Not sure why and I've noticed other customers asking the wait staff to turn down or turn off the A/C in the back. The answer is they can't which is kinda strange while it's 50 degrees outside.
Another issue is some of the wait staff don't know how to change the TV to a certain game. They have to go find someone who knows

Overall: great stop if you're already tipsy on a bar crawl, but a terrible destination. We get there, it's crowded, we get seated, no service for like 20 minutes, asked to be moved, get the wrong appetizer...it's fine, kitchens get busy, we get it. But service was nonexistent and they watered. down. their. ranch. Who does that?? It was so noticeable. They also didn't understand their own specials (the bogo wings) and overcharged us when they shouldn't have. It seems like it's a tavern run by frat boys, so, yikes there. Anyways. Watery ranch ruined my night. Enjoy.

I've never eaten a bad burger at the Suburban Tap on Johnson Ferry in Marietta, ... until yesterday evening.
I always order my burgers VERY rare (accompanied with pretty great onion rings) and the hamburgers are ALWAYS great! When my burger arrived last night, it was overcooked and I couldn't eat it (but I did eat ALL of the onion rings) and when I asked for a To-Go box for my burger (I have dogs at home) my bartender ALLISON C. noticed that I didn't touch my hamburger and she couldn't apologize enough! ALLISON C. asked if I would like a new burger made the way I love it

If you want an old school neighborhood tavern atmosphere serving great food this is your place.
There wings are huge and cooked perfect every time, crispy outside and juicy on the inside. There wings sauces are amazing, their habanero is homemade and you can tell! There scorcher, the hottest one they have is amazing, great flavors, but watch out I'm not kidding it's hot!
I've tried the fried pickles and they batter was real, not frozen, they were great. They have nightly specials, one I tried was grilled chicken nuggets with your choice of side, I chose grilled broccoli, loved both!

However, one BIG piece of advice if management ever sees this. Please Please spend the money to do some renovations! The last time I noticed the kitchen, it looked digesting & the ceiling looks like it has never seen a cleaning since the day it opened... š¤¢ As much love as customers show the place, give some back to the community by keeping it nice.

You know I started to give it 3 stars because it's such a dive. But then I thought about our experience. We were greeted and seated right away. And this was 7 on a Friday night. Our server was kind and attentive. All of the server's were young. 18 to 25. I love going to a place like that. Reminds me of my youth. They got us our beer and took our order. I kept expecting a train wreck. But it never happened! Food came out and burgers were a perfect medium. Server stopped by and checked on us before our beer was gone. And promptly got us another. We usually go to Marlows for burgers. Not any more

I was charged 10.90 for a burger on burger Thursday. I have been coming here for more than 10 years and it's really disappointing. Just last week for the same meal it was 8.99 so make sure you understand what they charge and try to upcharge with no explanation. They don't value long time customers here. I probably wont be coming back again. Including a drink and tip it was 15. 43 so I could have had much better meal elsewhere. Buyer beware!! Not the place you remember.

If you like going to have a beer and something to eat late at night and you like to have a guy across the bar yelling profanities the whole time you are there, pounding down shots so he can go out and drive drunk and kill somebody going home, this is your place. If you like a little weenie manager who looks like a homeless man who acts when you tell him about it like you're in the wrong after you have heard this guy drop more than 200 f-bombs in 40 minutes, yes, 5 a minute easy, often several in the same sentence, this is your place. Subtap is one of my favorite restaurants. Cheap, good bar food and cheap good drinks.
My boyfriend and I eat here at least 2 times a month if not more and always takeout but before COVID id been coming here for years.
Buffalo chicken wraps, wings, goat cheese salad, burgers, chicken tenders - all are fantastic. They have the absolute BEST lemon pepper wings.
Also can't go wrong with a $5.25 mind eraser!
If you want great, fast, inexpensive food - this is the place for you. If you're expecting amazing service, probably not your place.

Giving these guys 5 stars. In my prior times going in the place was dirty, musty and would make a dive bar seem upscale. It seemed a lot cleaner and less smokier this time.
Went with the boneless wings which were solid. The lemon pepper could use a bit more flavor, but the meal overall was high quality chicken.

This is for all restaurants that serve chicken 'Buffalo' style. Saying your sauce is Hot or spicy or Haberno is subjective. One place Hot is a killer for some and others can be medium at best.
My tenders were Hot and Teriyaki hot. Not much flavor the the Hot but a wunnerful Teriyaki.
Why 4 stars? I know I arrived about 1:15 but I saw my server 4 times. Arrival and drink order, drink delivery and food order, food delivery and drink refill and after a rather long wait (with an empty glass) the delivery of the bill. I seriously

Oh man! Absolutely in love with this place. The food to the service. The bartenders are the best at making you feel at home and welcome. Nicole ( Manager)Brian ( manager), Rachel, Allison, and Madison have all been wonderful. Those are the ones I have had the pleasure of being served by. Having moved to Marietta in August it has become my favorite bar to go to with my boyfriend( who is from here) or alone, which isn't very many places. It really is the best neighborhood bar. Food is excellent as well.

This place is decent. With so many other sports pub type places to choose from, Suburban Tap is struggling to compete. The beer selection is decent, nothing crazy. The wings are good, but the sauces are just ok. The fries are just ok. The ranch is delicious though!
The service was pretty good--super friendly, prompt, attentive. The set up for the TVs and projector was kind of weird so it made watching the game a little awkward. Either you aren't facing the screen at all or you have to crane your neck to get a good view unless you're right in front of the big screen.
