They’ll sell you a mask for $2 to walk literally five feet to the bar from the entrance where you remove said mask. The box literally states it doesn’t protect against viruses and they hand it to you with their bare hands. Virtue signaling is beyond ignorant and I’m not even conservative. Will never spend money here again. The stupidity of wearing a mask and remove it while eating….how do you not question the logic. This place used to be good when it first came out now everything is drenched in salt and grease , definitely not the same cooks that used to be if you order something medium it will come out still with a heartbeat if you order something crispy it will come out soggy. Burger came drowning in a pool of… stuff.

Delicious burgers in Prairie Village! Hip and modern decor. Well spaced out seating. Prompt and friendly service.
Oh, and delicious food too. It's a winning combination! Per our server's recommendation, I ordered the New BRGR. Double patty cheesy goodness.
Not for those watching their waistlines but oh-so-decadent and satisfying. Fries were well seasoned. Food came out promptly - one side is enough for two people. House-made ketchup and mustard were fantastic compliments too.
Lunch came out to a reasonable $32 with tax & tip :)

Don’t trust their app. I’ve ordered takeout twice from here and both times the app never updated to show my order was ready. The first time I waited an hour only to find out it was ready in ~20min. There was no apology from the staff, only ‘yeah, that happens sometimes’. The second time I figured the same thing might happen again (and it did) so I showed up at ~20min mark even though the app said my food wasn’t ready. Sure enough it was ready, and already lukewarm. The bun was soggy, the burger overcooked, and the burger had a texture resembling frozen beef. That’s not to say the meal

Went to the PV location for lunch with my wife today. We were seated immediately and the waiter took or drink order. There were only 2 other tables with customers and when we received our drinks the waiter said he would be right back to take our order. The waiter slumbered around as if he didn't want to be there. Within the next 10 minutes 2 other couples were seated and the waiter was taking their orders. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes, drinks were never refilled and our food order was never taken. Needless to say we left. Worst service and attitude I have ever seen at BRGR.

Sadly, my experiences here have been pretty lackluster since my original review. When the food is made correctly it's very good but half the time that isn't the case. The waitstaff and management aren't super friendly most of the time, either. Sadly the wonderful waitress I had when I wrote my first review left a long time ago.

I recently discovered this great restaurant. I have to say their Wedge Salad is great, the full size is big enough to be dinner for me. I tried the chili with cornbread, I have to say I am pretty impressed with the cornbread, I have lived in the South, and their cornbread is actually better. I have yet to try the drinks to go, maybe next time. But their chocolate shake hits the spot. I have only done curbside, which was very easy.

Would highly recommend if you are looking for a good burger! Variety of options as well as other sandwiches and sides available. Waitress was very friendly, atmosphere was great, and would love to go back and try some of the other burgers. Family friendly, date night friendly, and just an overall very inviting and delicious experience.

These is a great place with some fantastic gluten-free buns - which really makes it top notch if you have a gluten allergy. The sweet potato Fries and Tots were perfectly crisped. The only downside was the price when it came to the cost of sweet potato tots vs fries - significant increase in price! And since these are add-ons (where most places include the fries w the burger), it was significantly more expensive. If it wasn't for that- we would be regulars.

Chaos. Poor service. We were one of two tables in the entire restaurant Saturday night, I was there with my two kids for 1hr 45mins, my 3yr old was softly crying that he was hungry after an hour and I begged the manager for a few fries or hamburger bun while we waited--- he did not bring us anything. We watched as they sent order after order away with DoorDash and UberEats. The other table experienced the same wait.

Still the good food prepared during dine-in service. We order there at least twice a month. The burger arrive in fine condition. But skip the fries as we find the tatter tots are more robust and survive the journey home more reliably.

The most amazing burger I've ever had, hands down! My boyfriend and I were craving a burger and decided to try BRGR, both of us choose the Fast Cow - one with regular beef and the other with turkey. Just so delicious! The coffee is a nice added flavor to the meat without being overpowering the burger and the toppings are just perfection. We ordered regular and sweet potato tots which were crispy and amazing as well!
