There are no freezers or microwaves here. We focus on fresh local ingredients, featuring burgers that are ground daily in house with the best local beef, marinated in IPA beer. All of our sauces are made in house, including familiar favorites like ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise, to unique and bold sauces like blueberry stout jam and fire aioli made with fresh cilantro and mint leaves.

Our cocktail menu features mixes and syrups made in house. Try our margarita to taste the difference fresh ingredients makes in the flavor and taste of cocktails. We take our food, drinks, and guest's experiences very seriously, while not taking ourselves too serious. Brewer's Kitchen is a labor love that has been years in the making. The Goal of Brewer's Kitchen is to create something the city of Kansas City will be proud of by serving Great Food and Local Craft Beer while surrounded by people who make you feel valued. Our owner Chris has been working in the restaurant industry for over a decade and saw an opportunity to create something unique and special to share with the city of Kansas City.
We are lovers of all things burgers! Burgers are something that bring us together. Though there are many great comfort foods, we obviously feel a great cheeseburger is the best of them all.

That perfectly toasted bun, the gooey melted cheese, the amazing taste of freshly ground beef, the cold contrast of the tomatoes, pickles, onions and lettuce, finished by a sauce that brings it all together into a symphony of flavors that, when made right, sings in harmony.I told you we love all things burgers and are excited to share what makes ours Kansas City's Juiciest burgers.
Brewer's Kitchen was created, to bring something bold and unique to the city we love, and while doing so, create something our team would be proud of. Brewer's Kitchen is a culmination of years of working and dining in restaurants across the USA, and taking the very best, and mixing them into the recipe for Brewer's Kitchen.

This restaurant never ever can leave. Honestly, the beers, delicious local variety on tap and canned. The space, is super airy , garage doors in summer. The bartender, what a wonderful human, we went Friday night. The food, amazing ... thanks Arisa ! We loved it and will tell everyone and be back often. Homemade everything. Don't hesitate . Get to Gillham!

This was a great place to stop Friday night for a quick burger and beer & it would've been great to hang out a bit. Our server was very friendly. We both got burgers -- JUICY!! The brussel sprouts were delish, though a little greasier than I would've liked. The beer list is lengthy, too. I can't wait to come back when it's warmer and enjoy the outdoor seating.

Food was great! I usually hate Brussel sprouts but I actually ended up eating the ones my husband ordered because they were SOOO GOOD! We also had the chips and salsa, a flight of beer, and burgers. All of it was very tasty and flavorful. Highly recommend!

The food was great! The burgers were huge and seasoned good. The server went above and beyond to accommodate us and even offered to bring out another burger if our son didn't like the one he ordered.

This place looked really cool from the outside! The inside is really fun and the ambiance is great.

The food however - totally lackluster. The Brussels Sprouts we're okay but a little on the soggy side. Fries were great! The burger was okay but only after taking off the terrible "ketchup". This weird sauce was pasty and SO full of cinnamon that it was almost spicy. It totally ruined the burger.

Meat was good though!

The place to be for high standing beer and food pairing in Antwerp. Delicious menu with meals designed by the owner. All meals are inspired by the beer. Also good use of beer in the meals. Casual and cosy atmosphere for such a high standing gastronomy. We felt very welcome. The owner knows his stuff and is very friendly!
Highly recommended. Will visit again!

Quality: 5 stars
staff: 4 stars
atmosphere: 5 stars

They have a pretty decent beer selection with about 15-20 beers to choose from as well as some cocktails and wines. The beer is mainly from local KC places, which is definitely a plus. These homemade chips pictured were delicious. Seasoned salt seasoning with spicy, boozy salsa. I also tried some of their garlic aioli and it was splendid. Everyone we came here with thoroughly enjoyed their food. I also recommend the cucumber wrap -- it comes with fries in the wrap!

They have happy hour Friday-Sunday from 2-4:30 PM. Definitely worth the check

We go to church across the street and have visited Brewers a handful of times. Friendly staff and service and all the burgers I have tried were really delicious. Instead of fries we opt for their roasted brussel sprouts.

Tried this place for lunch during restaurant week. It was good, and you got so much food for your money. I was really excited about all the homemade dipping sauces that they had, but a little bit disappointed in them as none really stood out our made the meal. Service was great. And the restaurant was clean.

We grabbed restaurant week dinner from Brewer's kitchen. Ordering online was a little tricky. I don't know if it was our technology being glitchy, but our laptop wouldn't allow us to select our burgers and the. Our phones wouldn't let us change the pickup time. We called and asked to change our pickup time and had no problems after that. Curbside pickup was easy and the food was good! The amount of food you get is a deal for sure. We got the borracho nachos, Brussels sprouts, OG burger, prohibition burger, fries, and a brownie. The favorites were the borracho nachos and Brussels

With COVID spiking again and cooler temperatures preventing the desire to sit outside, I ordered Brewer's Kitchen to go.

I got the Early Riser burger (no tomato) which comes with a fried egg, thick cut bacon, and their house herb aioli. The burger was tasty but quite messy and I ended up eating it with a fork and knife.

Their fries are GREAT, along the same vein as Five Guys. I paid the 50 cents extra for an additional sauce so I could get both their house made ranch & drunk mustard (because they're both so good it's hard to pick between the two!)

Their service is always incredibly

I really loved our meal at this lovely cosy restaurant right in the centre of Antwerp. Although close to the Grote Markt it was not touristy at all. The owners are really passionate about what they do. All the products are sourced locally from small ecological producers, from the drinks to the ingredients, and we got great recommendations about what to drink with each course. They keep the menu limited so each dish is really made with care - it was all delicious and beautifully presented!

I enjoyed dinner so much in this cosy place. I appreciate the environmental friendly 'only local foods'-choice, ànd the yummy menu Guy makes with these products (including beer!). The dishes are creative and a beauty to the eye. And then the extensive beer list... 😋 You can tell Guy is just passionate about cooking!

After hearing a lot of positives about Brewer's Kitchen we made the choice to check them out during restaurant week! They had an incredible deal that included an app, a burger, dessert, and a beer! Everything about Brewer's Kitchen was incredible - the space, the service, the food, the beer.

While bold, the beer menu features only local and regional beers - absolutely no domestic choices. I definitely appreciate the focus on local beer, local spirits, and local ingredients. As such, the cocktail menu is smaller and rotates seasonally as they only use local spirits and wines. We both

This review is quite delinquent, but I am here to say this is the BEST burger in KC, a city that has many contenders.

The burgers were flavorful and juicy. I was surprised to find the bison burger was no exception and was our favorite. The butter toasted Texas toast and aioli perfectly complemented the burger and were matched with a basket of fried Brussel sprouts that were shockingly good.

Friendly service and a great location. Go on the weekend and explore the vintage shops next door.

This is a family favorite!

I like it. I probably would go here for a casual date or gathering with some friends. The set up is cute. The menu has something for everyone. The staff didn't hover over me (I was there solo to get away from people) so that's a plus. The food was prompt and cool.

I'd go back.

If I was just rating the brussel sprouts, I would have given Brewer's a 10 star review. Those brussel sprouts are to. die. for. You must get them.

I like the process of ordering here - there are paper menus on the table and you just fill it out yourself so it's easy to customize what you want. I had the bison burger on a salad. The bison burger was good. The salad was medium - nothing special.

Good place to go for a business lunch - easy to get in and out over the lunch hour. I liked the decor and vibe.
