I contacted Cascade because they were on a list of tree companies approved by the city, and it was a good choice! I started off getting a quote on stump grinding, but after meeting with Richard, I went with his recommendations on pruning some other trees and removing a small tree growing near my foundation that I hadn’t even noticed. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I was also very satisfied with the work that Stephen and his crew did in completing the job. So, Cascade Tree Works is now MY approved tree company! 🌳

The crew was very courteous and professional. They showed up on time, did an excellent job trimming my trees and surprisingly left my yard cleaner than it was when they started. Based on this experience I would recommend them and will definitely call them for any future tree work that I have.

Cascade Tree Works has done work for us several times.
They start out sending someone out to give you a free bid.
The cost for their work is reasonable.
We've had trees removed and trees pruned/ trimmed. They did a great job on both. I really appreciated the great job they do on the clean up after the job is completed
In addition, they are very nice to work with

The service was awesome start to finish (initial call, quote, and actual tree work). Clear communication with office. During the quote process, I had all my questions answered. The crew did a fabulous job, respectful of property, very efficient. The trimmed tree looks much improved. Also removed a tree and performed stump grinding. Will definitely use your company again for my future needs. Thank you!

Cascade Tree Works did a great job trimming a huge black walnut tree in my back yard. They were great at communicating, they showed up on time and took care when they were trimming not to disturb my plants. They were kind enough to put a large limb which had fallen from the tree weeks before into the shredder so I did not have to get rid of it. I felt very comfortable with the entire process and would recommend them.

Great job taking down the tree but I have had the worst luck with their stump grinding. Last year they didn't grind it all the way down but came out and made it right. Decided to try them again and stopped grinding when they saw a sprinkler head. I told them the water was off and to grind through since the line is already broken but they did not . Came back out and made it right and did a great job getting the rest of it and we can now get to the sprinkler line to repay it!!

CTW removed a large, dangerous tree from our property; because of the location of the tree and its condition, they had to crane it out in sections. We appreciated the quick hazard assessment and that they prioritized the removal, but there was a significant lack of communication from them leading up to and on the day of the removal. It was not clear who, if anyone, was in charge of the removal crew, and we were not consulted on several decisions which greatly impacted our bill. I've hired Cascade Tree Works twice to remove trees from our property. The first time was a couple years ago when they removed two smaller trees and ground the stumps and more recently they removed a huge pine tree from a tricky spot in our backyard. The pine was closely surrounded on three sides by buildings and fences, so they only had a small space in which to drop the limbs. The crew arrived before 8am on the scheduled day and worked quickly, roping them limbs and carefully dropping them in the safe zone. It was impressive! I asked them to try not to damage a small fig tree below the pine and

Cascade Tree Works just completed some extensive tree cutting, trimming and bamboo removal at my house. They were so awesome to work with: true professionals. Richard led the crew and they were efficient, safe and complete. They were so easy to work with and were happy to trim a few other limbs along the way. I think their pricing is fair for the job they do. They are arborists and very skilled at their work. Heather, in the office, kept me informed and checked in regularly. Highly recommend.

EVERYTHING a company should be! Five star service, professionalism, courtesy, follow through, efficiency and affordability. Today's outstanding work was done by Kyle and Robert. These guys know trees (as do all of Cascade's crews)!! It's like watching circus acrobats performing their art. And the finished product is perfection. Owners Greg and Heather are wonderful people and they've created one of the best business in Clark County.
