Ed's Arbor Care was established in Portland in 2010, by two friends with the same goal in mind. That idea was to offer an incredible service at an incredible price while treating the customer as if they were part of our family. We have over 15 years in the arbor care industry and we are an owner operated company.
Edward Dreske II was introduced into the arbor care business as a punishment from his father at a young age when he was grounded. That turned into a passion when he became an adult. He started off by working for the family owned business for over 15 years off and on while learning the trade. While working on crews for his father, Ed decided to join the Marines to gain discipline and travel the world.

Ed was wonderful to work with, confirmed work to be done with me ahead of time. Our arborvitae were sadly neglected for several years Ed trimmed them up professionally, took out old dead ones and planted new shrubs. Gave me tips on caring for them. Our yard was pristine after they’re work was done. You would never have known they were there except our trees and shrubs look healthy and balanced instead of wild overgrown jungle. (They even brought up a package around the back, so it wouldn’t get stolen as we were out of town at the time.) needless to say we will be adoring customers of Ed’s

I usually do not write reviews but if you are looking for a reputable company that does a fantastic job at a very fair price, this is the company. Once you use Ed’s Arbor Care you’ll never need to shop bids again. I’ve had Ed do work at 3 of our rentals and my home and the great thing about it is he will tell you the best way to deal with whatever your situation dictates. We used Ed's Arbor Care twice in the past 6 months. First we had 4 large Cottonwoods, well over 100 feet high removed along with a 40 foot Pine that was growing right next to our foundation. We also had a Plum tree planted for us. The wood was cut into 18" segments and put into a pile and all of the branches were mulched and removed. The guys came out, did their job in a day and half and answered questions for me about other ideas for my yard to think about in the future. It was such a great, professional job, that I immediately hired them to cut 3 trees at my son's house that were threatening
