I saw this place on IG and looked it up on Yelp to find 4 stars so I decided to check it out for a gel manicure. This is the worst salon I've ever been to. Upon entering, you see that it's dirty and looks like it hasn't been dusted or swept in weeks. Not many colors to select from. My nail tech cut my skin while drilling my old polish off, didn't shape them properly (had her fix the shape twice) and she also didn't remove the previous polish. I wanted a French manicure and you would be able to see the old polish underneath. The polish itself was old and leaking everywhere

I have been going to LT nails for almost two years and they never ever disappoint. Owners Lena and her husband John are truly some of the kindest and most genuine people I have met. They also know nails. Lena always does my hands. I used to be a die hard acrylic girl and Lena can do any shape or style and she makes sure they last with regular fills. I have been getting just gel manicures lately and she is just as talented with naturals nails and always leaves me with clean and well shaped nails. She will also do any design you request and makes sure you are happy with your nails before leaving

The people were very nice, the quality of services was good. My nails look great. But the salon itself needs a good cleaning. It was a little jarring that salons have been shut down for months and there was still dust under chairs, tables, and on fans. It's not a little bit either. It's a lot. It gave me some pause about their cleanliness with their tools. I did contemplate leaving because of it

Worst pedi experience
#1 book my appointment for 5:30 they text me at 4:50 pm if i can come in at 5 pm instead
#2 i asked the lady who did my pedi if i can do acrylic in one of my toes she says no cause the girl who does acrylic wont have time so they left me with a nail one size and another different size ( I HAVE PICS OF ALL THIS )
Didnt scrub my feet or even offered a callus removal nothing pedi was done in like 10 mins my feet are the same as i walked in and i drove all the way from
Sylmar to get this done once i saw what a bad service this was i didnt even endup getting my manicure will

First time visit while in town for family. Took me right away without an appointment on a light Sunday morning. Met expectations for gel manicure and regular pedicure. Nice employees, good customer service. Comfortable callous service add. Even paint job. Shaping could have been a little smoother. Wish they had the color I picked the first time, need to restock? Could use covers for foot basins for more peace of mind. Overall, would recommend for basic nail needs!

They are great at what they do but they do not take walk
ins. They gave me a business card and told me to call in when I want an appointment.
I have called in 3 times now, stopped in the salon once, and they always say they are booked for the week.
They should change to private service and/or say by appointment only.
Pretty frustrating.

I'm not sure what happened but the lady (an elder woman) did my moms nails really bad. She asked for short acrylic. They were very very very bumpy! She for sure used way too much acrylic!
Her cuticles were not cleaned at all and the whole set looked like a disaster
However they were really really nice so we just paid and went on our way.

Was in there 1 week ago. Made an appointment for 6 for just a dipping poweder mani on my natural nails. I wasn't even acknowledged until about 6:20. I picked my colors, a sparkly deep pepsi blue and a white sparkly color. They brought the powders over and the blue looked purple. I told them its supposed to be blue, they said it will be once they put it on (it wasnt). The girl doing my nails rushed through them and tookoff as soon as she was done. Most of my nails are uneven and one of them already chipped today while I was peeling tape off of a box. Another is about to chip, I can feel it. These

I am a male classical guitar player with rehearsals and a concert coming up this weekend. I destroyed my Right hand nails while skiing this past weekend. Not good for a classical guitarist. The ladies at LT salon did an amazing job fixing my nails. I also got a manicure and pedicure while there which was great. Highly recommend.

This place is very cute and the people there were very kind and friendly. Nancy & Jason helped me. Both very sweet and very skilled.
