It's the experience, the service and the results that earned this 5 star review. After making the appointment, I arrived and called before walking in. I appreciated the place not being crowded and the protocol of waiting in my car until they were ready to take me (COVID protocol I presume). Once they texted me to come in, I washed my hands (good measure) and proceeded to choose my color; I got Next Gen dip. I later wanted a design, but since my original appointment didn't include a design, I wasn't able to....which I can also appreciate. They have additional clients after me

This place is amazing. Simply put, this is my new nail home. They are SUPER professional and mindful. Extremely sanitary and very COVID aware. I felt safe, comfortable and everyone was very personable a day friendly. Please be mindful that this place is intimate so space is limited. You will definitely want to book in advance.

The staff here was super accommodating for me! I had an appt for 4, but had to reschedule for 5pm because of car issues. This was my first time getting dip powder nails and I was impressed. However, when I took a shower, my polish on my thumbs has started to bubble. It hasn’t even been 12 hours with my nails done. When I did gel mani’s this never happened. Not sure if the dip powder was bad, or the top coat wasn’t sealed, but I’m going to call tomorrow and see if they can fix it! I’m from out of state and got these nails done for our anniversary and they look awful. 3 stars for the staff

Very clean salon! Felt very safe here in the midst of COVID. Appointment only as well. Only con is it seems only 2 nails techs can do a good job unless you want simple polish or gel. I have had to go back to get nails redone. Paid for dip powder/tips and got a redo with gel. Overall, good service.

Went with my daughter on a Saturday hoping for the best but expecting the worst bc we didn't have an appointment and this place has such good reviews but we were greeted with a smile by Heero and told that we could be squeezed in. YAY! We were super happy and were quickly seated by Eli and Vicky who showed us to the pedicure area.
Let me just say that I'm huge on Customer Service and so far I was thoroughly impressed!! The vibes here were welcoming and warm.
I chose the express pedicure ($25). Vicky did a great job creating the perfect shape and was clean in her polish application

Oh my goodness - this place deserves 10 stars! I am 36 and have been to several nail spas for many years.. this one is absolutely the CLEANEST, and most HYGIENIC of them all. And for all my OCD peeps out there, the nail polish wall is fully organized by shade. My heart was so freaky happy to see that!!

I took my college aged daughter here yesterday for a little pampering after a long semester of hard work. We both got manicures and pedicures. It was a truly wonderful experience. The spa itself is spotless and run with the utmost concern for health and safety. The pedicure massage chair was a pleasant surprise as was the hot stone foot and leg massage. The quality of the pedicure and manicures were outstanding. I am not someone who gets manicures or pedicures frequently but this place might just change my mind.

Wonderful visit! Highly recommend Helen & Bonnie for pedicures. Didn't get the ladies name on my manicure but she was meticulous! I did the seasonal milk and honey spa pedicure with a gel mauve color. Best place I've found in a long time where the staff is genuinely friendly and goes the extra step on the small details. Will be back for both a pedicure and manicure. My husband got a spa charcoal pedicure with reflexology. He said he enjoyed it very much and recommended.

I was visiting family in the area during Covid so I was excited to get a mani and pedi since all the salons in CA were still closed. I found this place on Yelp and they were able to accommodate our party of four (they even had us in a semi-private room all to ourselves). They had great safety precautions in place (temperature taken upon entering, hand washing station right after, etc). The girl who did my mani & pedi did a great job! This was my first time visiting this nail salon. I am very stingy about where I get my nails, but with quarantine and limited salons opening back up, I had to branch out of my comfort zone a little and I'm glad I did!

Hubby took me here as a surprise. He looked for a place that would take their time and make me happy. He got it.
Jesse was my nail tech and she did amazing. I was there for about an hour and a half and it was well worth it. My usual complaint is that the techs square off my nails and I always ask for round or oval. Jesse did exactly what I asked for and was very meticulous in her work. It was very refreshing to have someone be so detailed and picky about how my nails looked instead of just rushing me out. She even noticed that the dark grey color I picked wasn't the same look as the one

I'm glad a stopped here for the first time today. It was a great experience and my nails look fantastic! My nail tech did not rush and really paid attention to the details. I would say this is one of the top nexgen manicures I've had. They pay attention to your cuticles, give you a hand/arm massage and even shoulder/back massage. It was such a relaxing environment, nothing forced and not rushed. Everyone was very nice and the place is well kept and clean. I got a basic pedicure was $38, and nextgen with a repair, they charge $5 for take off and $5 for the 1 tip. Why charge for a service that is required with that type of nail?? 😟😟 My pedicure was nice, but when it comes to the nails, I could tell they didnt know what to do. My nails were already shaped a certain way so they literally just had to follow the pattern, one hand turned out similar to the point almond shaped and the other hand I'm not sure the shape. What an amazing experience! As soon as I was sat in a massage pedicure chair I had a warm neck wrap put on me.
I got a gel manicure with Jessie which I had never had. She answered all my questions between the different types of nail services. Great gal!
Then there's Bonnie... What can I say? She totally relaxed me with my pedicure and Aromatherapy treatment. I got brave and had her do Reflexology too. I'm not going to comment on that. You'll have to try it out. Then while my pedicure was drying she gave me a shoulder rub. This is the place to go. All staff was very polite

So I've been coming to moonstone about once a month for a year now. They are AMAZING!! Moonstone is a smaller salon which I LOVE. it's not one of those salons with 10 TVs and endless rows of pedicure chairs. The staff is always so sweet and attentive. I always get tips with nexgen and sometimes do nail art. The nail art always comes out PERFECTLY!! They have so many options for nail art and such a talented staff that can do anything you want on your nails.
You absolutely pay for what you get here and the time you spend. My nails last a month without breaks or chips and their dedication
