I've been bringing my car to Bimmer and Benz for about six years and am consistently very happy with the service. I bought a used car and they went through it with a fine tooth comb so I knew what I was getting into. Each time I take my car in for service, they send me an eval report with photos, machine reports, and notes. The accompanying estimate is easy to understand. Communication is clear and reliable. I sent out a request for a pre-sale inspection and heard back relatively quickly via an automated system which allowed me to verify the date and availability of the shop. A thorough inspection was done and provided (via email link) through a very clean and easy to navigate online page where I could access the vehicle scan, photos taken, and estimation invoice. I was better informed of the conditions of the vehicle and was able to act on next steps. Rocky was very personable and informative and gave me a lovely introduction to himself, the location, what they do, warranty policy, and the quality

I wish I had found them sooner. I was scammed by a local mechanic who lied about parts being installed and closed down shop.
It goes without saying that I had trust issues, but I needed to have my car repaired with accuracy.

My car is a 2006 and it needed A LOT of TLC. I couldn’t believe how quickly the repairs were finished when we brought it in. Engine, air conditioning, computer and electrical. Rocky and his team handled it all. He was extremely professional, polite and the shop is so clean! (And the dogs are adorable too ❤️) thanks to this team and all their hard work. I brought in a car I was sick of and hated— this team gave me back a car that I love. Thank you!!!

This was the first time I had my car serviced at Bimmer and Benz and am very satisfied with both the quality of service and professionalism. Rocky is great, knows his stuff. BMW n54 oil filter and oil cooler housing gaskets were leaking, they replaced them quickly and even cleaned my interior. I brought up walnut blasting my intake and he reached out to me that since the intake needs to come off to replace the gaskets, he could add that on and cut down on the labor costs. He also gave me advice on other work that I was going to do myself, very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend to any bmw owners.

I've been taking my MINI to Bimmer and Benz for about four years now. From standard maintenance (oil changes) to emergencies (dead battery) to less clear issues (transmission/engine mystery sounds) they have helped me to solve the issue and get me back out on the road. I really appreciate that the issue and their approach to solving it is always clearly explained to me and that there are no surprise costs. Rocky and his staff are second to none! My mini cooper had it’s first mechanical issue and i chose Bimmer & Benz over the dealership solely off their google reviews, and i’m so glad i did. Rocky was kind enough to drive a few blocks to pick up my car from me and had the repairs done within 24 hours. I am pretty clueless when it comes to cars and rocky was incredibly patient and thorough when explaining what i needed done. Obviously when owning a BMW made car I already knew this was going to be an expensive fix, but the transparency & detail in the quote i was given reassured me i was getting
