My fiancé and I lived here for almost two years; we had the most amazing experience. We only moved due to family, but would have stayed for many more years! Kim, the on-site manager is absolutely wonderful; she was attentive and addressed any issue immediately and professionally. Eugene, the maintenance man, was incredible as well! The property is exteremly well maintained and clean, 24hr security when needed and fitness room is well managed. The inside of the apartments is the real winner, very large and newly updated.
I would recommend this property to everyone! We may even be back in a couple

We love living here. We are in Union High School boundary, but the rent is much lower than all other complexes in our vicinity. That has been important during the pandemic with job losses, etc. Additionally, we love the management, especially manager Kim. It feels like a village where neighbors care about one another, rather than a collection of strangers. I recommend Cascade View on First Street very highly.

Lived at Cascade View for 1.5+ years before moving overseas. We loved living there, smaller, quiet, and a great property manager, Kim. To be honest, there were definitely things here and there that weren't perfect, but, dealing with Kim was a breeze if anything ever came up.
The units were very homey, with high ceilings and even a hallway. Felt more like a small home than an apartment. Location was perfect as well, within walking distance or a 5 minute drive to pretty much anything you could ever want.
We would not hesitate to come back in the future.
Probably the biggest con was parking. Due

I've loved living here! Maintenance requests are addressed and finished quickly and the staff is great. Kim the assistant manager makes you feel at home every time you enter the office and Eugene the maintenance technician is always waiving at you when your coming or going. The location is great. Close to parks and shopping. Would recommend to anyone!

Nice apartment, once cleaned and fixed properly (carpet, doors and windows- by myself not maintenance). Everyone likes the manager- Kim, Because she's awesome! Very Nice, assertive, and just Fantastic!
Don't expect to get your deposit back, even if you clean and leave it better than you received it.

Property looks nice but built cheap.
Also the grass is always overwatered. The common areas has so much mud as a result if overwatering. If you want to picnic on the grass in the summer here think again as there will be mud everywhere. If you complain... Nothing will get done.
Staff turn around is big.
Get everything in writing.
It's way to expensive to live here!

I LOVED this place. The management are super nice and helpful. The grounds are impeccably kept and the energy efficiency of the apartments are awesome. After moving TO CV I saved over $2000 in a year. My heating costs halved and oh! DESIGNATED PARKING in FRONT of your apartment! Moved in with relative to save $$ but will be back when funding is more stable.

I have absolutely loved living at Cascade View Apts! The community is small, nice, and quiet and the management is very helpful and professional. I really appreciated having an assigned carport parking spot and there was always extra parking available for my guests. My favorite thing about living here has been all the "extras" that made this place truly unique: a huge patio with plenty of room for patio table and plants, vaulted ceilings that make the place more open feeling, 2 built in bookshelves, and a gas fireplace that kept me cozy and warm all winter--I never had to turn on my
