The Parkstone and Parkhurst have been family owned and operated since 1988 and are now in their second generation of family management. Built in the 1920's, these buildings have been lovingly restored to boast all the conveniences of modern life with careful attention put towards preserving the charm that this era of architecture affords.
The Parkstone and Parkhurst apartments are located in the beautiful West Village Historic District offering a quiet neighborhood setting with close proximity to downtown Detroit, Wayne State University, Belle Isle, Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park and Ford Field.

They set the bar HIGH. Beautifully maintained and managed historic apartments. The management team are some of the most caring, kind, responsive people you will meet. The buildings are well taken care of and maintenance requests are responded to very quickly. I loved living here. West Village is also a beautiful neighborhood to live in
