I attempted to see a doctor at this clinic for severe social anxiety issues. It was very very difficult to even get in touch with someone at this clinic. They then emailed me new patient paperwork that I had to fill out and get back to them. I attempted to reach them several times to schedule an appointment. They called me once and I missed the call due to my ringer on my phone being off because my work requires it. I emailed the correspondent Amanda, that I had already spoken and was very short and rude, to to let her know that it would be easier to make phone contact with my husband. After waiting

I never felt comfortable at this office. the patient coordinator was always incredibly rude when i called the office. they had a habit of calling my mother despite me being 18 and giving them my phone number multiple times. I wasn’t even made aware of one appointment because they called my mom so i didn’t know about it because i don’t schedule my own appointments and my mom was out of town and then we were charged a $105 no show fee that insurance doesn’t cover. At one point i called the office to clear up the phone number situation and the lady, in a very unkind tone, said “you’re

Nothing but rude and careless energy given off. As an organization meant to help those with mental health issues make life easier and less stressful (especially in times like this), I have seen nothing but unprofessionalism and lack of empathy from the front office workers and wannabe doctors of psychological associates. I am taking my business elsewhere, where my well-being and mental health will be more valued. I have never been treated more rudely by any other mental health practice in my life and do not intend to stick around to watch my experience worsen.

I have been seeing Dr. Boersman and Dr. Dillion for a little over a year now and they have truly changed my life. Dr. Boersman has been tremendous in helping me accept and manage my anxiety. I always look forward to my sessions. The way that their office has multiple providers is so helpful in creating streamlined care. The front desk staff is always kind and helpful in scheduling appointments and making sure I have what I need. Never had a bad experience once.

I really like my therapist, Mindy, and I'm sad to not see her again but the last thing I want is put up with an attitude from the staff (Not Tina, shes sweet). I was late filing my new patient paperwork - my fault. But is being rude necessary? You would think people who works with mental health issues would be a little more considerate. It is very discouraging for people seeking help. Shame on them. I want nothing to do with this office.

I don’t understand why this doctors office has such bad reviews. I’ve been coming here for over a year and it’s nice to go to a doctor that genuinely cares. I’ve been seeing doctor Dillon and he’s pretty awesome, he’s not a pill pusher doctor, he wants to make sure his patients are doing okay and are on the right medication to feet their individual needs. Please don’t let the low reviews deter you! This really is an awesome doctors office to take care of your mental health.

As someone who has struggled with not only mental health, but also trusting mental health professionals, this place has excellent doctors (now).
I didn't always feel this way, and may have thought about a bad review in the past due to policies in place for obvious reasons, but detrimental to my personal health (the inability to switch doctors at the practice. Myrna Bobet is probably the WORST "doctor" I've ever met both personally and professionally. Oof. Thankfully she left as I was starting medication)
I actually never leave reviews, but the unfair reviews from the past few months have inspired

The front office staff is very stuck up and unwelcoming. They don't acknowledge you when you come up to the window. They would continue their work until they have completed a task then acknowlede your presence. Something as simple as "I'll be with you shortly" or "ma'am I'll be right with you" is never uttered. They just ignore you until they are done. God forbid you cancel an appointment. You have to wait forever to get another one even though you are an established patient. No to mention that I had to wait 3 months for my first appointment because I was a so called new patient.

Office staff member called to confirm my appointment for next day. She proceeded to say my insurance company denied claim for D.O.S 1/6/17. She stated that my insurance company wants more information from me. They want to know if I have a secondary insurance. I told office staff I don't have a secondary insurance. She said, "I know that, but insurance needs that information." I told her I would take care of that A.S.A.P. Which I turned around called insurance company. They wanted the yearly survey to be filled out. You would think office staff would know this. I completed the survey for my insurance
