Without nonprofit health care providers like Kenosha Community Health Center, Inc. (KCHC), thousands of our hard-working neighbors who fall in this category would be forced to visit crowded emergency rooms for routine care -or receive no care at all for serious and chronic illnesses that could prevent them from working or supporting their children.

Appointments are continuously rescheduled because the dentist or hygienist has a meeting, won't be in the office, left the center or sometimes plain forgotten. If you or your child has any issues like a cavity, they require you to go through multiple appointments to fix. They're understaffed, and so many issues could likely be solved if state insurance covered more than 1-2 dentists in the entire city.

My experience here has gotten increasingly worse. While the back of house staff have been tremendous help, the front desk is horrible. The front desk argued with me about fulfilling my nursing clinical requirements with a 2 step TB test. I didn't make the requirements and they are just as frustrating for me to complie with why would a receptionist argue with me about why I need such things. So disappointing when they are supposed to be there to make our community a better place!

Staff are overworked, terse, even rude, treat everyone like a lowlife and make it plain they don't give a damn. Have to wait 6 mos for appointment then they cancel it at last minute. They give you one day to call and confirm appt. or they give it to someone else. It's the poor people's clinic and that's how you're treated, like trash..If you have any type of insurance, go elsewhere. If you miss 3 appointments you're banned for 6 Mo's or a yr.

Up until this point, I have always had good experiences with KCHC. I went into the the office when I first moved into town because I thought I might be having symptoms of add, I saw a doctor there who was incredibly understanding and thorough, I was just starting a new job and wanted to make sure my attention was at it's fullest and he told me, "We have to make sure you can be the best person you are capable of..." He was not a psychiatrist but he worked along side another wonderful professional (Dominique Pritchett) who WAS a behavioral health expert. I was impressed how thorough there testing

Extremely dissatisfied with our experiences here. My first indication as to the unprofessionalism at Kenosha Community Dental was when my son was to have a filling by Dr. Jazwiecki. He repeatedly tried to numb my son's gum and it was not working. His gum had a huge pocket of fluid and understandably hurt. I said forget it and got him out of there. We stayed away after that happened and then decided to try again. When my daughter was having a filling a tool grazed her bottom lip. It looked like a huge burn extending from the lower inside to the top and even underneath the tongue. The whole staff
