Fenix is named for the mythological bird that was reborn from its own ashes. In many ways, it represents our Latino patients' experiences in coming to the USA. A new home, new possibilities, a rebirth. At Fenix, we ease this cultural transition by providing care, beyond healthcare, for young and old in the language of their homelands, Spanish.
Dr. Berner's vision for Fenix Clinic is a rebirth. Fenix functions as a concierge clinic for the underserved. It is less expensive and more humane - better medicine. Fenix spreads goodwill from the first patient encounter by same day and walk-in appointments, the low cost of care, on-site labs, and x-ray.

Services
We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by telephone for our patients. A large portion of our appointments are same-day and walk-in -exactly what our patients like and need. Patients and their family see their own clinicians and form long-term relationships. We have a full lab right here in the clinic so patients don't have to travel to another location for their lab work.
We share a committment to compassionate, culturally sensitive care for our Latino neighbors, in their native language, Spanish! They are the heart and soul of Fenix Family Healthcare. Most of the people who spend their professional lives working at Fenix have been immigrants themselves and are fully aware of the challenges facing our patients as they begin to integrate into the culture of their new home.
