Dr. Jen provides care for children, adults, and seniors. We treat each patient like family by providing the highest level of care possible, with the gentlest touch. Being independently owned means that we are able to focus on you. We believe that the care you receive should be dictated by your health needs.
We accept PPO insurances from all major insurance carriers and strive to make the insurance process as easy as possible. We provide clear estimates to help maximize your insurance benefits. Jennifer Chiang is an excellent family dentist who also is trying to get her dentistry to be as zero waste as possible. She has an oral care recycling bin just outside her door where used toothbrushes, empty toothpaste tubes, empty floss containers, and other oral care waste can be dropped off 24/7.
She and her staff are super friendly and responsive. They have all the latest in dental equipment and scrupulously follow COVID protocols to keep everyone safe.

Both of my kids have been going to Jennifer for 3 more than years. Jennifer is very patient and kids friendly. She would also recommend us the right orthodontist when the kids need orthodontic visits. Moreover, Jennifer will always spend sufficient time to make sure the kids' teeth are well cleaned when visiting. She always gives right advices. My kids are very happy with her. Highly recommending!

I drive 40 mins to Dr. Chiang's office for every one of my dental appointments because she's the best. I'm really squeamish about being in the dentist chair but I'm comforted by how honest and communicative Dr. Chiang is. She really seems to CARE.

Dr. Chiang and her entire office are excellent. Jennifer is super sweet and incredibly capable. She is very sharp and thorough. She has great communication skills and the most pleasant demeanor. She really goes above and beyond in her follow-up as well. She quickly diagnoses what's going on, and proactive about the next steps you may need in your care plan. In addition to her being wonderful and her staff, her office is super high-tech, and has the latest and greatest equipment. I definitely recommend her if you need a new dentist.

Dr. Chiang and her team make going to the dentist a pleasure. Everything is very clean, organized, runs efficiently, they're always on time, and they've taken COVID sanitation practices seriously. Dr. Chiang is honest, I trust her with my dental care, and in addition to her traditional training and practice, she takes a functional/holistic approach. Dr. Chiang is truly extraordinary! She is incredibly knowledgeable, insightful, diligent, and caring. I have a quite complex dental situation, but, with impressive speed, discernment and breadth of understanding, she integrated the various complicated elements and immediately began to deliver first-rate care. Unlike any other provider I've ever been to, she also follows up with email to check how things are proceeding (and provide important after-care advice). Dr. Chiang and her team are AMAZING! I hadn't found a dentist in the Bay Area yet after moving here from Florida, and I reached out in the middle of the pandemic with somewhat of an urgent abscess. Dr. Chiang referred me to a specialist and I was able to be seen ASAP. Best dentist ever who is so kind and attentive. I have been seeing doctor Jennifer for about five years and recommend her to all my friends.

The best dentist ever. 10/10 would recommend.
I go to Dr.Chiang for my regular cleanings and the cleanings are always as smooth as they can be, with minimum pain and discomfort.
I also went in to do a filling for a chip I got from chewing on ice chips. I was really nervous since I had never gotten a filling before. Dr.Chiang made sure to calm me down, told me to breathe through my nose, and relax. She did such a great job that I did not even notice when the filling was complete. It was surprisingly not that bad. Dr.Chiang also showed me techniques on how to floss properly under my retainers

I started Invisalign right when the Covid-19 started. It's been helpful to have a scheduled meal time, and it's been easy to keep it clean as soon as I'm finished eating. Can't think of any other better time to get invisalign. The monthly virtual check up has been working great, the follow-up emails from Dr. Chiang have been helpful. If anyone needs help with healthy and beautiful dental care, I highly recommend Dr. Chiang.

When I first started coming for cleanings with Dr. Chiang, I had serious gum disease which had persisted for a number of years. Pocket measurements of 5+. I was already very diligent with my oral hygiene, but nothing seemed to work. Somehow under the gum line, my teeth were caked in a concrete-like substance. I was accustomed to cleaning appointments with significant scraping of dental tools to remove this build-up, followed by the dreaded goggle of water at the end of the appointment where the rinse out of my mouth was filled with blood.

I was looking for a dentist who was not quick to do a root canal and I am so glad I found Jennifer. Not only did she exhaust every other option before suggesting a root canal, she also diagnosed my sleep apnea just by looking in my mouth! I must admit I was skeptical at first, but when I followed up with my doctor (at Jennifer's suggestion) I found that I do have sleep apnea. I am now using a C-Pap machine which has greatly improved my quality of sleep. Jennifer truly cares about her patients and it shows in her thorough and gentle manner. This is by far the best dentist I've been to. I had serious problems with my teeth, partly due to the fact that I'd had such awful experiences with dentists in the past who had been patronising and made me feel like a naughty kid for having bad teeth. Or they'd have a look and schedule a filling without explaining anything at all about why or what was needed.

I was looking for a dentist near work but a friend strongly recommended Dr. Jennifer Chiang. I'm so glad I chose quality over convenience. This is my best experience at a dentist office in my life. I'm almost excited to go back for my cavities.

I've been going to Dr. Chiang for almost 2 years now and I really enjoy the work she and her assistants do. Unfortunately, I do not have the best history with my teeth, but Dr. Chiang has turned that around. After a few fillings and a front chipped tooth - my teeth look great (and a few cleanings of course)!
Dr. Chiang's work is precise and efficient. Her assistants are very nice. There are TV screens in each room and you can choose to watch a program or listen to streaming music.

Came in for a check-up and cleaning and had a really nice experience. Office is small but comfortable. Dr. Jen was extremely thorough and took time to explain my dental health to me, what her concerns were, and our plan of action. She also was the one who did my cleaning for me, which was a nice change from my only ever having dental hygienists do it before. Made me feel like she really cared.
Big bonus points for being open on the weekend. I came on a Saturday morning. Super nice since it can be so hard to see doctors during the busy work week.

I recently moved to Sunnyvale and was in search of a new dentist. Dr. Jen was recommended by a friend of mine and she took my insurance (Aetna), two for two!
Dr. Jen is super nice, both friendly and professional. She always takes the time to explain what shes doing and go over any options that are available. I've been in twice so far, once for a (long overdue) cleaning and once for a filling. Scheduling appointments are easy, she even sends me google calander invites. The office is nice, but a little tricky to find the right suite. I've never spent more than a minute in the lobby
